It really is sick, same thing happened to me in a store over here in Europe, someone accused me and a friend of mine for sexual assault while we only told her that it's not nice to put garbage inside of shoes in the store (they sold shoes) and she went up to security and straight up said we were touching her. The security came up to us and said ''You guys are coming with me.'' and we were like wtf is this and he said we sexually assaulted her. They checked the cameras and couldn't find anything but I still got banned for 2 years because I was getting angry and was yelling at him.
the exact same situation happend to my and my buddies at a waterpark. we're all 14 years old and were accused of sexual harrasement and banned from the water park. the person who accused us had 0 consequence for falsy accusing and potentially ruining the lives of a bunch of teenagers
I worked at a waterpark and me and four other members of staff pulled one of our hot coworkers into the shower area and passed her around like a joint and she accused us of premature ejaculation but really we pounded her for hours and she had no repercussions at all

Just a note for everybody: Security at stores and events cannot detain you, they are private security, NOT THE POLICE. Let the police contact you instead. Document everything.
Security/guards have no LEGAL grounds to detain someone in any circumstances. All US states have same laws in this matter. Do NOT make confusion betwin detainment or arrest ! Every citizen (security/guards are citizens too) have the legal right to effectuate a citizen ARREST (not detention) but , by federal laws , they have the obligation to call law enforcement officers in a reasonable amount of time (I beleve supreme court established 1 hour like reasonable). The charges have to be CLEAR and IMIDIATLY sustained if so not supported the citizen arrest will became unlawfull and will fall under the fellony of false imprisonment and/or kidnapping. She didn't file a false crime report; security did. However, security simply acted based off of what she relayed to them, so there was no criminal intent on their part either. At best, it's a defamation suit, but Lofe's career hasn't been destroyed, he didn't spend any time in jail, so getting followed around by security and questioned by the police isn't really worthy of a defamation suit. This exact same BS happened to me back in 2008 at Wonderland Park. I was surrounded by security out of nowhere and being accused of SA. Next thing I know I'm being escorted to a security control room. I immediately contacted my dad and he rushed over. Long story short... My dad requested that they review the security camera footage and security quickly realized that I was being falsely accused. The fu%ked up part is that I was falsely accused by someone who WAS NOT even present when the said SA happened. Even though I was innocent I still got banned from Wonderland Park for a year. I never went back there again and I never will. This video just trigged me and brought back memories of that day. Thank heavens for cameras because that sh%t saved me and it just saved you guys as well. Stay safe young men.

One night she was over to his place and he forcibly raped her, attacking her as she came out of the bathroom and pinning her to the bed. She was smart. She knew enough to save the clothes she was wearing, bagging them and take pictures of her body with the bruises (I saw them and it was horrible). She DID go to the cops with the evidence and they didn't want to do anything. They kept asking her if she was SURE it wasn't all consensual. Since they didn't believe her, she came to me for help because I had connections in politics. I referred her to one of the best advocate lawyers who did this sort of thing for free because his own daughter had been raped and murdered many years ago. It took HIM pressing the issue with the proper authorities to get the bastard arrested and hauled into court. So don't tell ME about how the system fails real victims but presses matters against innocent guys like Lofe.

This exact same BS happened to me back in 2008 at Wonderland Park. I was surrounded by security out of nowhere and being accused of SA. Next thing I know I'm being escorted to a security control room. I immediately contacted my dad and he rushed over. Long story short... My dad requested that they review the security camera footage and security quickly realized that I was being falsely accused. The fu%ked up part is that I was falsely accused by someone who WAS NOT even present when the said SA happened. Even though I was innocent I still got banned from Wonderland Park for a year. I never went back there again and I never will. This video just trigged me and brought back memories of that day. Thank heavens for cameras because that sh%t saved me and it just saved you guys as well. Stay safe young men.

One night she was over to his place and he forcibly raped her, attacking her as she came out of the bathroom and pinning her to the bed.
She was smart. She knew enough to save the clothes she was wearing, bagging them and take pictures of her body with the bruises (I saw them and it was horrible). She DID go to the cops with the evidence and they didn't want to do anything. They kept asking her if she was SURE it wasn't all consensual. Since they didn't believe her, she came to me for help because I had connections in politics.
I referred her to one of the best advocate lawyers who did this sort of thing for free because his own daughter had been raped and murdered many years ago. It took HIM pressing the issue with the proper authorities to get the bastard arrested and hauled into court.
So don't tell ME about how the system fails real victims but presses matters against innocent guys like Lofe.
