I think it has to do with midas mode, a custom game mode made a few years ago. I didn't play it or watch it but I would guess rosh is buffed in it

@@giorgoskyriacou8877 it's mostly from FPS games. Sniper players can flex via doing a full spin and then hitting a headshot anyway, for example.
