Yea eastenders seem to be just copying ideas from previous storylines and giving them to new characters with the odd tweak here and their or bringing back old characters hoping to get people back rather than coming up with something original, and every new character has to have some sort of dark past or is weird af no one is just a normal person, they're either stalkers, criminals, wife beaters, absent parents, never just someone looking to start a new business for example and because everyone is such an extreme character then it becomes the norm so sometimes having those normal characters is good for making the more exciting ones stand out more

NOW Nish is gonna be quivering in his shoes, YES, sir
