Friend, what is the powerfactor?
Efficiency can be increased by improving powerfactor.. Otherwise lesser capacity DG to be operated

Normally there will be protection in all electrical systems..in Lightings & in some electronic equipment's, if voltage is abnormal or due to spike in voltage suddenly, it will make some components failure
