Whenever I see a peace of white forest in a desert shop I always say to myself enjoy it from outside side once it go inside it is a bomb of sugars. Whenever I see future loaded MG cars I remember the white forest in glass shelves. Duster and Ford has provided a strong SUV market for India but MG and Hyundai took it in other direction , misguiding common middle class. Most of these futures are sugary for us. I prefer foods that are natural,less sugary but high in nutritional value . So currently would like to keep VW, Skoda , Jeeps any day though little expensive😊
We had a loss of about 1.5 lakhs by buying the excite model of this vehicle from Coastline MG Thrissur. As they kept on saying about imminent price hike we paid the amount on January 29th for a previous year model and MG slashed the price of excite variant by about 3 lakhs. No reply to repeated emails to the company.
Biggest worry with EVs is price depreciates faster. Every 6 months price decreases rapidly. A big example is ex showroom price of Comet reduced by 1 lac in 6 months. So one should be ready to accept the rapid cost reduction while going for EVs.
