@@vendycharlie6036 I think weathering with you is kinda better bcuz your name are a cliché (you can guess the ending) while tenki no ko are kinda better in story while have a similar garden of word graphic

Kimi No Na Wa and The Weathering can't be compared as they are polar opposites and focus on completely different things. I have sadly yet to see The Weathering film, but what from what I've heard, both are great in their own unique ways.
the plot is a bit predictable but the art really blew me away. i also watched this on rainy season with my friends in cinema. super beautiful art, heavenly osts
