The Death Star Trench on the Death Star to the Death Star II and of course Rebel Strike on board the Death Star was my top favorite level!
I had Rogue Squadron III on my GameCube. It loved it just because of the on-foot missions actually 😅. It'd be great to have those on the Switch. Great video :)

They should bring both Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2 and 3 or better yet release the fully completed Star Wars Rogue Leaders on the Switch. . Why not bring the Unreleased Wii game Star Wars Rogue Leaders. They said it was fully completed.

I've heard that the port is "already done". They tried to launch a big remaster version on the Wii, with improved graphics and a lot of extras, but it never happened due to rights issues. Hopefully they're listening to us and are planning to launch this soon. I would run to buy it, and yea, I do believe that a proper physical version is a must!
Porting them would be cool, but I’d be okay with remastering the 3 putting all of the levels in the respective titles in canonical order. Meaning you’d start off with the Death Star followed by the Yavin escape, Tyco rescue etc then you’d do all of the missions of 64 (main ones) get to Hoth, do the battle of Hoth and for the latter half of the game, you’re Wedge
If this does get released Give it to Nightdive because Aspyer proved they cannot be trusted after the disasterous launch of the Battlefront classic collection, and no "Patching it later" should not be the standard. I want this game to be playable day one no bullshit
I really hope this happens! Dolphin devs seem to be at an in pass now getting both RS2 and RS3 working without several crashes. Moving it to Switch would be a huge win!
I'm a bit surprised that they DIDN'T get Mark Hamill to voice himself in the RS games. I mean, he primarily voice acts these days so it wouldn't be out of character for him to do it.

I remember when my brother in law used to have me use a stopwatch to time him so we could get gold metals on the first game, we had so much fun. Then for Christmas a few years later I got a GameCube for Christmas but my parents were like they couldn't afford a game too, well my brother had the idea to put a game into the system so when I was just checking out the system and popped the top and there was Rogue Squadron 2 and my freaking jaw dropped i was so happy I only got to play the third one just a lil bit.
I had Rogue Squadron back in the day, but for PC. I never had an N64, much to my dismay. But I now have a Switch, a PS4 and a PS5. Aspyr needs to make this happen! At least on Switch.
Need all 4 of them. People leave out the real second one, which is Battle for Naboo (N64). Obviously it doesn't have "Rogue Squadron" in the title, but it plays the same (exact same) as the original Rogue Squadron. Love all 4 of them, though Rebel Strike was definitely the weakest of them.
See, I would rather see them port the finished and unreleased Rogue Squadron Wii that was a full from the ground up remake of the entire trilogy that originally started development for the original Xbox before LucasArts cancelled it during one of their corporate shake ups. Edit: I might also add that the founder and former head of Factor5 even told IGN that his hopes was exactly that for the game so it could finally see the light of day.

I bought a GameCube just for Rogue Squadron, I’d rather not have to do that again. Gaming systems cost a little more now. For a GameCube & Rogue Squadron 2 I gave $120. I know that was a few years ago, but still, I don’t have the extra money to blow like I did when I was 20 yrs old. Family & life in general have made sure of that, but that’s the way it is unless your rich uncle dies & he hated everyone except you😂

I bought a game cube just for Rogue Leader. It took a dump on me and after I got a Wii I was playing it again. Yep the Wii plays gamecube games.
