So many Christians forget that our holy book also tells us to cover our hair during prayer and that we should always be in prayer. I've been wanting to do this for awhile but I'm timid. i’ve been wearing turbans and headscarves for maybe the last month and now i’m getting comfortable and i’m really loving the modesty aspect. i felt like God was telling me to cover my hair and in doing so i’ve noticed a positive change in my mood and my personality. you know christians used to cover, but sadly people only acknowledge what they want in the book...
MsFreeda do it! i only have three headscarves. but the colors i chose have given me the ability to style and wrap how i please! i’ve been loving it really. i feel obedient, if that makes sense. i’m reading more, watching more sermons online when i can’t get to church. covering has been so great for me emotionally and spiritually! i don’t do it every single day, yet, but it’s been a great experience for me! i hope all goes well!
Yes as Christians we are suppose to have our hair covered when we pray as women. I grew up that way but because I didn’t know how style and walk confidently now I am older and becoming more physically bold I’m trying to change that. Turbans are beautiful especially when they are wrapped stylishly. God bless you on your journey.

I had the same problem. The key is using a good fitting cotton bandana (under scarf). I always use bandanas but usually they are loose on my head which makes the hijab easy to slip over my hair. Use a cotton or Lycra scarves help as well, they hold their shape through out the day more than silk or cashmere ones. Hope it helps ☺️
What do u wear under ur scarf. I have a scarf hat but it just slips back off my hair. And it’s cotton so what material is best to stay on my hair and not slip back wards and keep scarf in place x
