I think there will be a small amount, maybe in the main questline and perhaps maybe in a side quest or two as well. HOWEVER, I do believe Odahviing will appear in TES6 as off the top of my head he is the only named dragon who definitely survives Skyrim so no doubt the developers will use Odahviing as an opportunity to bring back a character from a previous Elder Scrolls game no matter how far in to the future.
Now that Dragons have returned, they’re gonna stick around for a while, so some form of coexistence has to happen. With Paarthunax leading them, he can teach them, whoever’s willing to listen at least, the Way of the Voice so they may live above their inert desires like what Humans managed to do and see things with clearer eyes. Even if conflict against the returned Dragons breaks out, without Alduin, it likely won’t be the same as the Dragon Wars, cause they can think more without the harbinger of the apocalypse encouraging and leading them into doing more action. Besides, the Dragons have too much power for mortals to not try and seek coexistence. There’d be little hope against them without a Dragonborn or warriors who are capable of learning, mastering and using Shouts.
@AKAGAMI NO SHANKS *game spoilers mentioned* Given the state of the Blades and the Dragonborn’s relations with them, him going to Akavir on an expedition would make a lot of sense as there would likely be stuff there to help the Blades’ rebuilding process after they and the Empire lost so much to the Dominion. But I feel like the Last Dragonborn is powerful enough to survive that land and has enough connections, especially with individuals like Odahviing, to aide him even if he wasn’t. However, since the player seemingly has no say in when Hermaeus Mora declares the Last Dragonborn to be his new champion after he kills Miraak at the end of the Dragonborn DLC, I think ultimate fate of the Last Dragonborn might be one of the following two scenarios: The first is that he winds up becoming one of Mora’s faithful minions (which I hope isn’t the case because that would be a poor choice of an ending as this is the same Nord who defeated Alduin the World-Eater, prevented a Vampire Lord from bringing on the apocalypse by blacking out the Sun while inadvertently protecting an Aedra from a vengeful Snow Elf, travelled all over Skyrim, defeated countless foes, slayed and absorbed many Dragons, and came out seemingly unscathed after reading not one but two different Elder Scrolls - one of which allowed him to peer through time to learn a lost and forbidden Shout used centuries in the past), while the second is more grandiose and conclusive as well as something I’m more willing to lean towards: The Last Dragonborn’s final act is pulling an Uriel Septim, using his power to seal away Hermaeus Mora after everything he did during the events of Skyrim, sacrificing himself in the process.
For a proud race, I find it interesting that the dragons have a word for apology (krosis), and that they seem to use it often (at least odahviing and party snacks do). Perhaps despite the inherently violent way the dragons communicate, they still prioritize following some kind of code of manners and etiquette

I personally love Odahviing. To my Dunmer Dovahkiin, He's like a teasing big brother, a big protective teasing big brother. When she wants to vent or need company, he's usually on her first to call list.
If you just leave through the door to Dragonsreach, then stand there for for 1-2 minutes or do a 1hr wait, then walk back out, he'll be trapped automatically. All you need to be there for is to call him then throw 1-2 of the dragon slayer shouts at him after he's killed the guard. It's pretty lame but it lets you do it at a *much* lower level.

@@NeiyMaritz dude. Nobody is forcing you to sit there and do every quest. I always level up a lot when playing elder scrolls. The whole point of playing open world games is to do what you want. I have a bunch of characters were beyond going to riverwood I have no none of the main quest.
@@NeiyMaritz You're not making any sense. Completing quests has nothing to do with leveling up. I got to lvl 100 in smithing before meeting the greybeards & I did that by smelting iron ore & dwarven material. Leveling up a perk tree will also level your character.
For me I don’t do much quest I just love exploring caves, tombs, and huts. Or if you want reset your legendary skill back to the starting level to level up even more. I’m about level 607 and haven’t done the main quest yet.
@@WingedHassar no animosity friend. And no mod required i was playing on a vanilla copy, but it was the remastered. Legendary difficulty was added with the release of dawnguard I believe. One of the dlcs at least

Correct. Power level first to grab all the leveled loot. Dragonbane doesn't even reach max damage until 46.
I was at lvl 46 when I did this quest.
