For example when my father passed away 6 years ago .he only left me 26000gh and guess what I did with the money ? I remodel my father house car garage to 2 bedroom self contained .after that I rent it out for 5 years and rebuild another 2bedroom self-contained. Now guest what i own 13 bedroom complete furnished apartment and I m building another 15bedroom guesthouse. So my point is it take me 6 years Planning to establish 13 bedrooms apartment. Is not about hard working is knowledge and hard working. All I did is turn my father house car garage to bedrooms with 26.000gh to well establish.
You must avoid this 3 things if you want to make it.
1 . Stop chasing woman because it involves with money
2. Avoid buying expensive phone
3 . Don't buy car that can cost u more than 25.0000gh
