does not look like suitable choice for hard sup and definitely it does not looks like some kind of new meta as Sven on pos5 - it's like underfarmed carry with stun for rescue or initiation and armor for team fight - but without farm his splash and ultimate does not work as hard as they should be. Actually with similar success you could play such pos 5 on any strength melee hero like Dark Sir or Tiny or Beastmaster or any other hero, which could not give on pos5 for his carry any strong ability for regen/escape/farm, without any decent control - compare with Shaman or Lion.
about this game such impression your line was not lost just for the same lame choice of heroes of your foes - like Tiny on pos4, nice
Thanks for sharing us your thoughts I truly appreciate them and I'm agree with alot of them but one of the reasons that dota is too good is that for each situation is an answer what you said was right but I belive there are games that sven can be the best pick too, I wish you a great day my friend 👌
@@dotacollege2 yeap, I can agree with what you wrote down - there are SOME games, wher Sven can be decent pick, but the same can be said about any other heroes. Actually you can a have a game, where you pick on pos5 Naga or Medusa - and it will give some good result, but the main my accuse is - it should not be called as 'new meta' or something - as these practics could not be reproduced in at least every second case. Meta - it's not 1 out of 3 or 4 cases your pick worked - but more about 90%. So heroes like Sven need the winning game or farm and without them he will enter into mid game with his stun and team armor buff. Even Dark Seer on pos5 will be more tough pick - as his ultimate - strong team fight ability, but not Sven's one. And the whole Sven skills has tends you more think about farm but not supporting. Actually sup Sven - like big creep: can give vision, can jump with dagger and give stun - aaand that's all, we need to run or await for our cores/mider/carries do things.
So I'd just rename the video like - "The case, when Sven gave some value as pos5", but the whole conception of such title looks like more a challenge's one - like "today guys we pick as pos5 most unsuitable heroes and try to win", #200mmrGaming )))
I see your points that your making but the point is that sven POS 5 pick has been raised recently even in pro tournaments that's why I called it the new meta the hero as you said can be a tanky guy who can trade well in the lane and support a range core specially it has a are stun and more importantly it can provide movement like dark seer as you said but better cause it do it for all the nearby allies (dark seer can do this after 25 talent) and it can give alot of armor to all nearby allies which is great against physical lineups but these exist before too as I wrote in the caption these days with the new facet it gives an extra physical barrier too which is like you already have a pavaise but for all of your team mates around you I accept the argue on the ultimate it doesn't provide much for the team but I played against it and it was annoying for the enemy core who has to kill him or he literally run up and hit the towers and we had to initiate on a tanky high damage POS 5 with glimmer and this banga boot thing again I called this meta cause its famous in recent days in the pro level and the game is played in immortal rank but again thanks for putting your tome to write all of your thoughts on this it's very appreciated
@@dotacollege2 about pro games - the pro games leave the pro games while the random ranked games leave random ranked. Pro gamers often try to surprize or to find any anusual setup/item build/skill build, I saw on pos5 even Invoker and PA with great success, and sometimes we can see - pro teams try the most strange hero rosters. But those are pros, they have outstanding level of personal and team skill, they can make work many different rosters - as they can play with whole team for some hero and use its hard sides - like Sven's.
But for me those are still not meta, it's just like play through some aspect and whole team was ready for such hero. But if it is meta - try to play usual random plays with opening pos5 pick of Sven - and you will gave tone of hate, unwilling to play with your Sven from carries' side and with enemy offlane setups, which completely suppress your line with Sven pos5.
That's why I insist to not call it 'meta' or even 'good choise to try' - it's nor both of them, it can be done for challenge purposes or at least you need teammate-carry, with wich you can, at least, form some line-up Sven's will be usefull for, it does not look like meta - more like fun experiments on Heralds unranked))

I would love that too but sadly 60 is the maximum power of my setup and even with that some times it drops to like 48 50 which I have to fix afterwards I hope in the future I'll be able to get a better laptop or PC so I can provide better content for you.
