I just found out the video at the end was glitched so I'll explain what happened
Hawks: "Youre his friend arent you? Im so sorry I couldnt move!" he says to bakugou
Leaving the scene there
After a few hours Hawks calls a meeting for the heroes, he explains that Spider-Man is dead, the pro heroes refuse to believe except Nezu being disappointed that they couldnt save a single teenage kid, Hawks explained that he watched Spider-Man die in front of his eyes, and that his friend now has to take the role of Spider-Man, the pro heroes are reassuring Hawks that it'll be fine, and that they know he feels, but then Hawks yells at them saying
"YOU DON'T KNOW HOW HARD IT WAS WATCHING HIM DIE, WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING! HE WAS LIKE A BROTHER TO ME AND NOTHING CAN CHANGE THAT" then proceeds to run out of the room, the pro heroes agree that they should give him some space, we skip over to Bakugou looking at the Spider-Man costume and starts crying (the meme summer time sadness was supposed to be here)
After that theres a spoiler for part 2 where we can see Deku bandaged up, but chained. Green Goblin slowly enters the room and then a conversation begins
Deku: "You- you made them believe i was dead! why? what do you want from me?"
Green Goblin: "WE want you, you'll be a useful asset for us"
Deku: "What do you mean, we?"
Green Goblin: "You can come out now"
A shadow figure proceeds to come out from the door, revealing it's AFO
Deku: "No, you have to be joking, tell me you're joking"
AFO: "Izuku, I'm here and you can't do anything about it, you did a really good job protecting the city as Spider-Man, but now you'll only listen to me, me only"
AFO proceeds to kneel down and grab his face to lock eye contact while Izuku turns his head the other way
Deku: "I'll never work with you, go ahead and kill me I'd rather have that!"
AFO: "You're confused Izuku, I'm not planning onto killing you, I'll steal your friends' quirks, Hawks and Bakugou were their names no? They'll live a life just like yours, miserable, quirkless. Do you really want that for them? Them to be in misery while you enjoy your life?"
Izuku proceeds to tear up, having a breakdown saying
"No, no, no you wouldn't!"
"But I would" responds AFO
Izuku tries to calm himself down after thinking for a while, "Fine" he said "I'll work for you but you can't ever lay a finger on them", AFO, unsure of what to say thinks about it, then makes his decision " We have a deal then"
He gives Izuku his new costume and says
"Welcome home, Kuragurin"
Then it ends there

Also I think you mixed up CSI and FBI
as im aware FBI is in the US, while MHA takes part in Japan, also Izuku only tries to get evidence from the crime scene to figure out what caused it, though the police do all the arresting and stuff (Izuku can't arrest as well because legally CSI can't either)
I like that at first he had that wide eyed Innocence that he has at the beginning of the anime but after his mom died that went away

I think this is intentional but if it's not bully me in the replies idk. Does people with quirks have white rings around their pupils? Deku starts out without the rings, but then gains them when he gets bitten by the spider. Everyone else with a quirk has those rings around the pupil. If it is intentional, that is such a cool detail and i love it, amazing work. Keep it up!!!
