That is too bad- I was running with that group and M3 on Saturday. I did not stay for Sunday due to other plans. It pains me to see- Glad to know they got out relatively okay..
When I first approached the upside down car on the track, I got a feeling I have not had too many times in my life. I thought the roof had collapsed and the driver was deceased. I did not want to keep looking but i couldn't stop. Then I saw driver crouched down on the grass, holding his head. That was a relief. I really didn't like that initial feeling - very disturbing to see mangled car upside down on the pavement with glass, car parts and dirt/grass everywhere. Glad they went home that night.
I don't think we are always aware how tired we can get. Driving at 10/10ths takes a lot out of me. Glad they were both mostly ok (minor scrapes and bruises). Too bad about nice M3. Looks like a write off.
I was on track at that time also, really sends a chill down your spine to drive by and see that, so glad everybody was ok

Always happens on Sunday afternoon. It is a time for dialing back a bit.
