Happy Mother's Day Michelle 🤗 I just love how your blanket is coming along, that stitch is a lot of fun to do! Your doll is turning out so lovely, I just love that book so much! I definitely could see myself making all the dolls eventually. I need to pay closer attention to detail, I didn't notice there were skill levels on the patterns 🤦🏼♀️ Loved seeing your acquisitions! I really like the wooden yarn holder you got a lot better than the others I've seen, it's very pretty! I'm partial to the wood look though. Always love seeing your books and hearing your thoughts, I look forward to seeing them all. I have to admit I laughed when you said that pig looks dead and now I can't unsee it, it totally does 😂 I am still trying to collect Zoomigurumi as well. I've got the favorites one, but I feel like they left a lot of the good ones out. I'm not sure how many I have or need, but they're on the long list lol The wild book does involve a lot of sewing, but it's the same as the elephant you have in the background so you'll do fine. I do need to make the elephant still, I had plans on making it and I got distracted 😂 So sweet your son got you some yarn, he knows his Momma well! Very pretty! 🥰
HI Julie, I had been enjoying the blanket but somewhere have lost my enthusiasm for crochet. It may just be the weather, it is cold and foggy, I have been reading a lot. I haven't done any work on it since my last video, I haven't touched my doll either. I may be getting the winter blues or something. hopefully I snap out of it soon as there are so many things I need to get finished and many many other items I want to make. I am loving the wooden yarn holder, I was really surprised at the quality and am super happy that I purchased it. There are still a few gaps in my zoomigurumi book collection and some of them are quite hard to find. I will slowly tick away at adding them. I have overdone the book purchasing lately and need to hold back abit on buying more. Thomas knows his mumma well and is a very thoughtful son. All my three boys are sweet but he is the sweetest. He will be coming home for a quick visit at the end of next month, I am really excited to see him. We haven't seen him since December last year as he is at university on the other island and too far for a quick visit.
