If there would be more of these, it shouldnt be hard to replace them, infact i found the ending video files by accident, this could be a mod which replaces the comic endings with animated ones, looks way better now

Honestly, if you really think about it from Vanny's point of view, this ending is terrifying. Not only has Glitchtrap hijacked your body and forced you to kill people, but you have just cornered this kid, and then, he makes your own S.T.A.F.F. bots TEAR YOU TO SHREDS. No wonder the Afton ending is the canonical ending.

I think they did it on purpose. To show that it is not the actual ending. Like an alternate universe that is not real. But yes it would’ve been cool!

There are theories that actually the developers of the game wanted to have Endings with animated cinematics, but due to lack of Time or Budget (or maybe both) they could only create those Comic style images, so this animation is how the game should have looked.
there’s cut lines of Freddy saying stuff he does in one of the comic endings, so this is most likely true
Probably, but let's be real here, this animation is not really how it would've looked.. They've set a higher bar for quality in the cutscenes that made it in the game.
So if this was the case, I wouldn't be surprised if they have unfinished animations laying around for these endings of a similar quality as this video here.

This is actually true. Upon searching the files Remnants of An animated ending for this are found Along with an unused texture for Shattered/damaged Freddy Although no model was ever created

The best part is, this ending has unused voice lines hidden in the game not used anywhere else (like gregory saying "Disasemble Vanny!") which not only means this was what they originally intended but the game, in a way, is encouraging it!

Freddy suddenly breaking and switching off at the end is honestly terrifying. Like putting yourself in Gregory’s shoes, seeing pretty much your only friend not only broken to the point of no repair but also switching off like that rather than closing his eyes..I just..wow..At the end of the day, no matter how animated and full of life he is..he’s just an animatronic.
I wished i could hear bone breaking and blood coming out of vanny in this animation,still good though

Presumably, yes. Although I get the impression that Freddy would be reset to his original AI parameters, which means that he wouldn't remember Gregory (and would possibly be vulnerable to the hacking that got all of his friends).
2nd part: could actually happen and can’t do anything about that
1st part: it’s not inevitable Gregory could actually keep his memory. Could also potentially be inevitable but it’s most likely possible he will have his memory stored.

In the end freddy was proud that Gregory fulfilled his goal, so he tells him "you are my superstar"
This animation is incredible, the only criticisms I have is that Gregory's model looks a bit off, the transition between Vanny being disassembled to Gregory seeing Freddy should be changed, because it looks out of place when the transition is used again when it cuts to Gregory's face when he cries, and also Freddy's injuries look pixelated. Other than that, great animation dude.

Vanny’s animated death was brutal seeing as how she’s not an animatronic but a human, great detail
