2.72m2 Tiny laundry to shower room conversion, Auckland Style

With limited space, we managed to convert our laundry room into duel proposes
by retaining the laundry (minus dryer) with added hand basin and shower box.
As this is a consented project here in Auckland, New Zealand, it took around 4.5 months from start of paperwork to completion.
Even thought it looks simple, we had to engaged varieties of professionals for it to be consented and accepted by Auckland Council building requirements.
Overall, the professional that we engaged are:
Architect, Licensed plumber, Licensed builder, Licensed electrician & Licensed tiler & water proofer.
Design, plastering, painting and cabinetries are DIY :D
