I am living proof that this is real. I only wish I had learned this earlier in my life then I have. For me it took being broken down to the point to a true "rock bottom" becoming and feeling so alone and pained by the outside world before I could grow. I'm still learning how to let go of the past but each day I'm becoming more and more stronger. I am so grateful and thankful for who I am and the events ( even the worst events) because it led me to where I am.

Feel broken now… I don’t see another way… this path IS the only way. I am still bumping into sadness about what I was seeing in the mirror that I had to begin again without stopping. I feel tired at times going through this because this practice can feel like a fight but once seen it will never be unseen. I have seen my life clearly and I honestly accepted what was present. So I can no longer live the ugly life by escaping into an even smaller addictive rabbit whole. So I mediate and catch myself as much as possible & I work in stopping the rabbit whole escapism. I change Always just “one more time” at a time.
Since I was a child I have done so many things Dr Joe talks about in several videos. Even as a therapist, I tell clients “We reinvent ourselves all of the time.” It’s so validating to have the Science Dr Joe presents in his work backs up what I naturally have done. However, I needed reminding as an adult. Fine tuning is a beautiful thing!

I believe this! 😭 Thank you! I know sometimes, it may be hard to trust God’s plan but we must take comfort and have faith in him. So I’m keeping faith in Jesus no matter what. I have lost so much since losing my job as a social worker at Forsyth Hospital. But I know my faith in Jesus will get me through this hard time I’m facing. I lost my job because I declined the vaccine I declined due to my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I’m waitressing and I’m so thankful to be working, but I’m not making nearly enough to make ends meet. I have two beautiful boys both are autistic. My husband passed away years ago. I feel so alone. Each month is a struggle to not end up on the streets with my two boys. But even as I face homelessness almost every month. I have faith, God will provide. He has this far. With GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE, please keep me and my two little boys in your prayers. Thank you. Prayers are all we need.

I was severely threatened last night in a dream by the people working in the child slavery arena.....They do not understand that to win that battle, one must engage the source of their power, but not use it to manipulate and control others...I simply intend to allow everyone the choice of learning the truth for themselves. They have a hard time understanding that there is no right and wrong on the earth, only Experience. And to judge anything without having the experience of it is the greatest sin....Thanks so much Dr. Joe. you taught me how my spine is a pump to learn from my past experiences......it worked, then the planet asked me to be its voice and gave me some instructions, then it created my protection for me...Now I see why I was protected......This is one mixed up planet of haves and have nots........and right now the have nots have all the power but they should be learning instead of using the power to control others....

Holy smoke- I just “got it.” All of us wanting to know ourselves is the great ONE working on getting to know itself! I thought it wants to have all these different experiences and so everything is perfect as it is. But ultimately it wants to know itself and so individually we facilitate that by connecting with the Oneness, knowing that we are that and thereby knowing our little droplet of the ocean of consciousness.
