But in S9 - He has given his All...That’s the hard work of a true leader/father right there.

He sacrificed his life for love..for family..for them all....
The part when Hershel says "we'll get there all of us" made me tear up, implying that all of the people from the past that they've lost are still with them. And Rick says "My family maybe I could find them here" showing that Rick truly never let go of his previous family (Lori and Carl) and that he's been looking for them since he woke up from the hospital and never really feeling like he found them. Rick wants to stay with Hershel in this afterlife and be with his family again, until he finds out by the end of the episode that he has a family hence him stating "I found them".
Started watching this show from the very beginning back in 2010 and I must say this show has a special part in my childhood

I'm watching it from season 1 again, and I was LITERALLY JUST thinking that exact same thing
TV isn't real. When I read fiction, it's not real. Our ability to empathise with 'others', who exist in our imagination gives them a voice, a face and that is where art exists. I've often wondered about the evolutionary benefit of this intellectual leap from a page, a painting, a scupture, music and words that can be a powerful palpable link to who we are and the unque journey that shapes what is important. I've wept because to ignore art, regardless of form, is to lose my connection to life. It is perfection.
No matter how crazy this show gets, I will still love it. It really has many teachable moments that go unnoticed. The cinematography and story is beautiful.
When i saw season 9 I was crying. Now I can’t belive it’s over. I still can’t belive I will never see Rick again.
