A company that only allows you to purchase items because you fit their mold of who they want owning their products based on what the sales people feel/think about that individual is just classless in my opinion, but that's just my 2 cents. Hermes definitely isn't the only company doing this sadly.
But this behavior is done everywhere, all the time! It’s in our DNA, as humans, to want to interact and/or do business with who we want, who has similar characteristics, values, traits. Would you give your car to just anyone to use? Or would you want for the person to be in a particular way? Just saying, I’m not defending this practice that Hermes does, I’m just saying that it’s everywhere!
I love the Hermes bags in the smaller sizes, like the B25 and mini K. I think people always compare Chanel and Hermes because of the similarity in price (never used to be that way) and they are both timeless designs, but Hermes has always been a house that specialises in leathers, whereas Chanel is primarily a fashion house, so they are doing different things and the quality is just not comparable between the bags imo.
Time does fly! I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since ce you got the bag! I loved it from the start, the size is perfect and the color as well! ❤
I have the same issue with closing b25. I would have to stretch it, so I never close it. I don’t think our bags are faulty, leather stretches are lot with use. Perhaps, other people just stretched theirs with regular use.

Having my hands free is important for me. I don’t like having to use a hand handle.
It is SO HARD to get a neutral shade bag in USA. They know they are more in demand, and garner a higher fee.
