I really need help! I have a Casio CT-X3000. I have been very much enjoying your tutorials. They are easy to follow. The problem is after about the 4th tutorial, the buttons do not work, if they do, it’s something other than what yours are doing. Very disappointing for me . Is it a faulty keyboard? It's not an issue on my keyboard and it's had a lot of use! Maybe you need to contact the supplier/store and show them the issues. 😎
Can I combine several effects from DSP? For example, take some strings and add distortion on one side and synthesizer effects on the other? Nobody asked that and it is an important question for me because it greatly increases the possibilities of creating voices
Could you explain if you have the possibility to freeze the editable drum tone 764 To use on channels 3 to 8 the same used in channel 1 and 2 of the rhythm programming?
Yes, you can edit and save TONE 764 as a user tone, and then use it on tracks 3-8 in the rhythm programmer. However, it's going to respond to chord changes, but as long as you stay in C then that's not a problem. Tracks 1 & 2 will stay on the chosen drum sounds because they don't respond to the left hand chord changes. Another, neat trick with any drum tone, is to use the pitch bend wheel as you record - then you can get some pitch variation out of the drum sounds. I hope that helps - all the best.

Unfortunately, you are limited to two layers TONES - two upper tones (U1 and U2) and two lower tones (L1 & L2). The upper ones (U1 and U2) are created by pressing the LAYER button. The lower one (L1) is created by pressing the SPLIT button. To create lower two (L2) you have to first make sure you've got a SPLIT (L1) TONE, and then hold down the LAYER button, so that L2 appears on the display. L2 is only possible when you've got L1 turned on. If you connect a volume pedal, then you can fade in/out the TONES independently - great for adding strings under a piano tone. If you long press (LP) the TONE button then the display will change (U1, U2, L1, L2) to a different layer/split, so you can select the TONE you want for each layer more easily. Then once you've got it all as you want with volume, octave, pan, pedal settings, effects, etc you can save the entire set up as a REGISTRATION patch. Select a bank (1-16) by pressing the BANK button. Hold it down and then press one of the registration buttons (1-8). Remember, if you start to run out of memory space for your patches, you can save them onto a USB pen-drive. I hope that helps.

Are you able to save the added layered tone to the first tone (i.e. BoxDelay)? Maybe you cover it in other vids. I will check.
