- Police aggravated unlawful trespassing , breach of human rights to family and private life , forcing there way into a house having a family party without a warrant, common law don’t matter and his oath of office makes no sense is his words , complaint was dismissed and they said they didn’t enter my home and broke no law , video proves they did , swp corrupt tyrants being misconduct in public office

Complaint was made , they said they had not entered my house , and said I was aggressive, iopc refused to investigate, complaint was also shut down , and unless you have thousands of pounds for civil sue they get away with these crimes ,normal practice in uk s wales , complaints are investigated by there friends and colleagues and nothing ever happens, this video shows the level of abuse in public office by these constables. And that crime needs to be a high level crime. If they enter for a low level crime they commit a section 26 criminal justice and courts act 2015 - improper use of powers

Um. I think if they suspect something, or have reasonable meaning to they can actually enter without a warrant. It’s the same law that would protect them if someone was dying, they could hear or see them through the window, and enter without a warrant.
