Hello sir … your bus service was excellent and I’m a frequent traveller but today 22nd May 2024 the bus which started from Hyderabad at 4:25 pm is the scary bus because. There was too much heat which is coming out of engine and we are unable to tolarate the heat … feels like you people are risking others life in your scary bus today…when I asked to the driver and other 2 people who are responsible for this bus they are very rude in response but I’m not blaming them because they dont understand the safety of people instead they are asking us to adjust… and I came to know that your regular bus in the same route went for service and you guys arranged alternative bus but the alternative bus have issues related to heat traveling inside the cabin..
What if the bus catches fire 🔥?
Why can’t you people fix the issue and resume your service ?
Why you people only looking for profit by risking people life ?
Facilities are secondary and why can’t you people look at safet first ?
