No doubt. I can only imagine how that number will grow. You do great work with this channel. Thank you for taking the time to record plays and edit them for production.
@@ClaudioMacShepherd There are other quality channels for Legion BatReps. But I agree, WarCorgi is exceptional in their collaborative camaraderie, language, and willingness to explain each keyword, action, and die rolls for the viewers.
Since you asked for mistake spotting: - at 24:07 when you shout at the rebel trouper with only the rocket launcher the cover is to be taken from the B1 unit leader. Therefore it is heavy cover since the majority of the rebels are obscured by the building.
An outstanding achievement Michael. I've been subscribed with you since Episode 1 and have enjoyed every episode. I think Chris has been a worthy addition to the channel. I like how he enjoys himself and neither of you take the game too seriously. In this vain while I agree it's important that the rules are followed as closely as possible, I love how you keep the game thematic and use a variety of units-not just Tauntauns and snipers all the time. Thanks mate! I am really fortunate to have Chris and a whole group of interesting local players to play against, each bringing something unique to the game. There are still a few local players that I need to get on the channel after the pandemic subsides, but until then we are stuck with Chris. ;)
I absolutely adore the logo for this channel..this is my first vid. I'm a Star Wars fan who's been trying to get into table top miniature war games..sadly the place I normally go is shut down right now for the whole pandemic..I hope they can bounce back as the place is really cool and when school would let out or it was the weekend it would get PACKED, nice tabletop store that had all kinds of games from card games, to mini war games..including this one, with some awesome table props, and tabletop RPGs like D&D..I just found it year before last so I really hope it can bounce back and I can get some minis and a teaching game for this particular game.
Thanks ShinKyuubi! Hopefully things bounce back nicely for your local game store. It is a really tough time for them right now and I certainly look forward to being able to support my game store once it opens back up. Legion has a growing community filled with really passionate fans. Chances are very high that you will be able to find a local group and start playing some games after the pandemic subsides. Good luck!
You guys have the best Legion battle reports on TH-cam. Thanks for providing a much-needed distraction for us during the current pandemic and for the obvious care that goes into each and every video you create. It shows, small mistakes or no. You are appreciated.
Awesome as always, thanks for that! Nice you take some extra time to up the quality, but in my opinion don't stress about it too much. I (we?) enjoy them either way, even though it's nice to see you really care. Also happy about the reveal from the latest Jedi Hunter podcast about Peter, looking forward too watching you two even more. Gratz on 25 episodes, enjoyed every one of them (+paint all the minis). So many hours of good enternainment, alone for this it was worth to dive into Legion (without having played against a human yet :D ). On to the next 125!

I have to say, I’m really enjoying your games with Chris. Not to take away from the other guys you’ve had, but he just seems like such a likeable guy! Fantastic content, as always.
It's not just Chris. You have done an outstanding service to this game both in us and Germany Michael. I listened to the Podcast the other day and was not pleased when you said that your viewers hadn't increased much during Corona. I like you can't believe this or understand it. Another amazing battle report for sure! Most of the mistakes I saw were very minor and have already been mentioned. Nothing but praise for the work and time you guys put into these videos!
Its odd as a CIS player, looking at tournament data, droids perform really well. But i always hear people say they seem weak. Great batrep! Hope the droid curse gets broken!
the middle of your board seems like it was really open with only those soft cover food stands in the middle. I think that's part of why your droids got shredded so quickly
We like to mix it up with terrain on the channel. It certainly hurt my Droids this game, but there is not much defense when your opponent rolls eight hits with his first shot from a Z6 unit. Chris' dice were on fire that entire first round and managed to really punish my B1s.
Just wanted to say thank you for all the work you put into these batreps! I know filming and editing take a ton of extra time, yet you continue to put forth very quality content. Yes there are slight rules mistakes here and there, but don’t get discouraged by that or if it seems the comments focus too much on those mistakes! We all make them as legion is a very complicated game at times even though the basics are fairly simple. Anyway, just wanted to try and be encouraging a bit. Thanks again!
Thanks Josiah! We are alright with making rules mistakes because as you say it is a complicated game. We just found ourselves making more basic mistakes lately and wanted to put more focus on getting it right. If people invest the time to watch our content, we feel obliged to produce the best battle reports we possibly can. We always appreciate the encouragement from viewers though so thanks again for posting this!
Funny about the bid war comments. Definitely gonna be needed with the new cards. Made me think of LVO when I ran an 11 point bid thinking I’d always have blue. First match, my opponent had a 12 pt bid. Was pretty funny.
Nice video! But i think force reflexes is like a must have for Dooku, since he can use it every turn with master of the force. Without deflect they can simply shoot Dooku with spamming fire without worring...
I think it is a great upgrade for Dooku but would stop short of calling it a must have. My issue this game was more around not getting him into cover or hidden behind any LOS blocking terrain.
Great game guys, them rebel Z6s really did some work in the early game (wish my Z6s shot like that, Chris may be you can do a tune up video on how to roll hot dice with a Z6 haha). I was really hoping for big droid come back after Grievous's one pip went so well, but it wasn't ment to be this time. Congratulations on the 25th episode, good to see the channel getting the credit it deserves.
Thank you kindly! I have won a few games with the Droids before, but never against Chris and his "hot dice". I lost too much too early but tried my best to make a game of it. As you said, it wasn't meant to be this time.
I know you guys followed the letter of the law on that B2 situation early in the game. From a newbie perspective, however, it seems like the leader out in the open should have affected the cover. 2 in cover 1; 2 in cover 2; leader out in the open. Seems like out in the open would "average" out to cover 1. Letter of the rule though...
Nathan Opicka There are definitely a couple things in the rules that seem a bit odd- we just want to make sure we do our best to represent the rules correctly.
I absolutely see where you are coming from with this comment as it is a bit counter intuitive. I will say that this hardly ever comes into play as it is a very rare situation.
Is that a Star Wars destiny box I saw on Chris’s side of the table?!?!... great game. Been out of it for almost a year but glad you kept recording and excited to get back to playing
Not sure but I don't think Chris ever played Destiny. I know for sure I missed that bus. It's been a hard year for most of us. I too can't wait to get back out and start playing again!

Love the video. I didn’t see it in the comments but maybe I missed it. In turn 4 your droids jump the fence at full speed. Are they not slowed to speed 1 over that terrain or did I miss something.
Thanks for the question. Before the game started, Chris and I agreed that the fences would be open terrain. We could have ruled it as difficult terrain and that would have been fine as well, but in this case we decided it would be easier to jump over the fence than to jump over a barricade. As long as both players agree before the game, either way works fine.
I'm very curious when you made that move with Dooku, when he had I think 3 suppression, you were contemplating him doing something after the move- is that possible? I thought if you had a suppression it always limited you to essentially one action. Second, when picking command cards I'm curious as to why you choose Grevious- surely Dooku's cunning and double the fall pip would be more advantageous? As always great batrep, its awesome to see these sorts of games, especially times like this.
It was not a smart move, but as Chris mentioned I was looking to use some of my free actions (Force Push; Force Choke). Unfortunately I wasn't nearly in range of anything to use those actions making it a bad play by me. I should have taken a bit more time and premeasured. It would have saved me from making that bad move, but I am not sure the final result would have been any different.
As a staunch supporter of B1's, that was hard to watch. I also don't know how I feel about Rebels having one dude (Z-6) who puts out as much firepower as a full B1 squad, for almost half the points.
