Was $70 for a 2oz and I was like nahh too expensive so back home in Trinidad and order a 100ml from fragranceX for like $60. This cologne last very long on the hands even after washed. 👍🏻
Went to the store looking for a Chanel fragrance for my graduation, since I wanted a classy scent. Ended up with this instead and was completely shocked after learning the price. Sprayed it early in the day and was still going strong by my night shower. I just wouldn’t spray too much because the projection is insane. It is soo sexy!!
I've been using this a layering fragrance. A little too feminine for me on the open, but layering a more masculine fragrance that blends with it well makes this one of my favs. For example I layer it with YSL L'Homme and a couple of others. amber oud gold lasts so long just one or two sprays gets the job done and then layer another fragrace on top. I find this makes the other fragrance last longer too if it blends well.

After purchasing my First Al Haramain “Amber Musk” which is a clone of Ombré Nomade by Louis Vuitton (Get your nose on Royal Night by the Woods Collection 98% clone of Ombré Nomade), I was blown away. Being a huge fan of Tobacco Vanille, I pulled the trigger on Amber Oud Tobacco Edition, which is absolute Fire (performance is outstanding) and now I have my sights on Amber Oud Gold Edition. I have never smelled Erba Pura and have the opportunity to purchase a 6.7 oz tester of the “Extreme” Edition at an amazing price (Do you know where I can purchase a tester of the original Amber Oud Gold at a good price?). From what I understand, Erba Pura is quite a sweet, fruity fragrance, which is not usually to my liking. Which one has less fruitiness or leans more in the Masculine direction? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Update: I received the fragrance a few days ago and it smells AMAZING. It truly smells like a very expensive fragrance. It also lasts on clothes and skin for a while (i.e., past 10-12 hours). The only issue is, I am prone to allergies from floral smells and this activated my allergies. I was planning on returning it, but my co-worker loved it so much she bought it off of me. :)
My bottle will arrive tomorrow. Paid 40 bucks for 60ml. Can't wait to smell it. I already have Amber Oud Tobacco Edition and I love it - best Tobacco Vanille clone and performance is a beast.

But after an hour sweetness starts to settle down a bit and musk, vanilla and woody notes comes out more. That's the moment where I really enjoy this fragrance all the way to the drydown. I did 3 sprays this morning and 9 hours later I can still smell it pretty good. It was also projecting heavily for first 3 hours. So no performance issues. I'd rate it 7.5 out of 10. Would love to see some booze or tobacco in this mix. I will try layering it with sth like that and see how it goes. Very good value for the price. I'm happy I got it.
Dammit this cologne was my secret. I'm a police officer. I wore it for the 1st time 2 years ago, and let me tell you folks couldn't get enough. I mean, ladies was going absolutely crazy. I would even be in my squad car and drive by folks smelling it, asking me what you are wearing. I wouldn't tell them, I didn't want anyone to go buy it. I hv 40 bottles of cologne. Expensive cologne. This is by far my #1. But folks, don't forget if your body doesn't like it, it will not smell the same. You need to find out what your body mixed good with. 👍

He's talking about amber oud Rouge but now discontinued fir a reason I don't know and replaced with amber oud Ruby.. however, people claim it's the same but I didn't find it so appealing. If you find the amber oud Rouge online, then you can try on that one. It's surely a killer to br540 extrait version.
Just picked up a 6.8 oz tester for 40 bucks. Not sure what’s different about my bottle but the atomizer on it feels like the sauvage atomizer on steroids. Feels like every spray is equal to 5 sprays

I had the gold first and loved it. Is really good, last about 8 to 10 hours. I agree with him the dry down doesn't change much. It made me get the rouge. I love it as well. What I like about them most is they are 2 different smells but both smell and preform great.
I had a very similar story as yours! I was at the mall to pick up some sunglasses and the lady in the middle of the mall sprayed it on my lady we walked away no lie 10 mins went back and bought 2 bottles for 250 who cares its amazing!!

The reason why many of our households fail is because we fail to MAXIMIZE our use of money. Your choice to NOT research costs benefitted that mall vendor certainly, but YOU are the one who could've directed those extra funds elsewhere had you seen the value of money. Buying "luxury" items and wise shopping are not mutually exclusive. It's not a status symbol to be able to say you spent more than you had to, it's foolish.

Bro I got my a few weeks ago and man I've gotten so many Hugs from girls telling me I smelled so good a few even kissed my neck no lie... I'm getting more of this stuff..it's gotten me more compliments than my other expensive colognes
So I layered on top of molecule 01 and it definitely gives a masculinity woody boost to amber oud gold edition! I feel like it controls the vanilla undertone that to me gives off the feminine vibe. One spray on upper chest and neck area, and one spray on back of the neck and your good to go. Anymore than that will be cloying imo.
Honestly it's really close. Like literally right down the middle to me. But as a man you won't have a problem wearing it. Its just a nice sweet fragrance
