I listened to this song every day during chemo, and the lyrics "What Would Kill You, Can't Touch Me" are so important to me. 2 months cancer survivor as of today, and Terror helped me get through all the worst times.
Damn, I can't imagine the pain you go through physically, mentally and emotionally. but you'll always have a family outside of those hospital walls. We are all brothers and sisters in the hardcore scene, it's an unbreakable bond. I think I speak on behalf of all of us when I say you're a true fucking warrior. Keep fighting, stick tight and hang on! shit will be alright!
Every mistake I've made Every bridge I burned All the love that I killed You know I never learned So many friendships deaded Wasted fucking time I'll look you straight in the eye And you know I lied Hard lessons, I've had my share Can't learn from mistakes when I don't f*cking care I've burnt bridges, I lit the flame That killed friendships and I still felt nothing Hard lessons I had it coming I bit the hand that feeds I'm gonna burn myself down And take you with me Can't trust no woman Can't trust the lies they tell me I don't need acceptance I belong to nothing Hard lessons, I've had my share Can't learn from mistakes when I don't fucking care I've burnt bridges, I lit the flame That killed friendships and I still felt nothing Hard lessons What's done is done and I'll turn on you again What's done is done and I'll turn on you again Hard lessons don't come cheap What would kill you can't touch me Hard lessons don't come cheap Hard lessons don't come cheap
Unstable home, working shitty hours, late nights early mornings for school as well. But Hardcore gets me through everything. I'll never feel worse/shittier after I throw some jams on. music is all I have and it's always there. never screams, never judges, just accepts and gives you the energy/strength to know even though you're an outcast hardcore is made up of those outcasts and formed a family with an unbreakable bond. We May fight at shows amongst each other but it's all love. I've seen grown dudes hug it out or shake hands after and for the younger generation too. Nothing can break our bond, nothing stands between us and those empowering lyrics and aggressive music. I love it and everything about hardcore, all my brothers and sisters. Southern Cali HxC. Can't wait to see terror live again in the near future!
farbercasteel not a drug addict, just a 21 year old trying to figure out life. Lows and highs. & I have my solution, it’s jiu jitsu and kickboxing. I always throw on some music before I go train. So far it’s worked.
HxC has saved my life in more ways than I can count. A beacon of light in the darkest days. It taught me who true friends are, how to pick myself up, how to respect other people, how to live, how to stay sober, and most importantly how to kick someones teeth in when they deserve it. Hardcore Still Lives!
I know its been 7 years, but hang in there bro! In the scene, in the culture, I've heard it more times than I can count, one other reply said it as well..so i will say again, cause it is our testament, our prayer, and at times our surrender and battle cry, but in the end it is what we stand for...I will say it a million times as I now say it to you...HARDCORE SAVED MY LIFE!!!
This band has made me better my perspectives. I treat people kindly, with respect and total understanding. Without this type of passion I wouldn't be who I am today. Bands like sick of it all, agnostic front and terror I wouldn't be the respectful person I am today. I'm glad I walk around with a terror tat cause hardcore changed my life
I’m 35, and my testosterone never dropped off. It’s increasing. My doctor says I’m burning my prostate and thyroid alive. Told him I’d burn him alive too if he didn’t shut his mouth.
I'm more of a thrash/groove and alt metal guy but hearing the hardcore punk genre I'm completely blown away the genres definitely share similarities. Come on people subscribe to this amazing band!
IDGAF what anyone thinks Terror is at the top. Whether you lean left or right black or white hardcore unites us and Terror is a shining example. Thank you Scott from the bottom of my heart.
I love this band. I finally got to see them live a few years back in Ybor City. I had a blast!! I even got to meet Scott. Hopefully I get to see them again and then this time I can actually take a picture. I kick myself in the butt for not taking a picture of me and him that would have been the absolute coolest thing ever
Dream come true, saw TERROR HATEBREED AND THE CRO MAGS in the same show,(it's been almost a year ago now) there where a couple other bands but these are the ones that mattered to me,lost my keys to my rental, got stuck in Pittsburgh with my head busted open from moshing, and I almost got arrested because I stunk like beer,(someone dumped there beer on me accidentally) but you know it was the best time I've had in years this hardcore thing isn't just music or a label for some of us to identify be with, fuck no it's a lifestyle,a mindset , A WAY OF LIFE! unlike rap the lyrics you hear in hardcore are words of wisdom from someone who lived them. Thank you hardcore for giving me a place to be me and a reason to live🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟 and to all my hardcore brethren and sisters ,thank YOU for being YOU ,I love each and every one of you bastards!

Story of my life but lesson finally learned 31 yrs sober! Thank you terror gets me through.
9 years sober. Tired of sitting in prisons. Can't take that shit anymore.
Yoo 2 years sober tired of failed relationships now goin on 3 year with my girl,!
I got 45 today from fentanyl and meth. Never felt more alive then I do today
I'm 62 and need this in my head
Every mistake I've made
Every bridge I burned
All the love that I killed
You know I never learned
So many friendships deaded
Wasted fucking time
I'll look you straight in the eye
And you know I lied
Hard lessons, I've had my share
Can't learn from mistakes when I don't f*cking care
I've burnt bridges, I lit the flame
That killed friendships and I still felt nothing
Hard lessons
I had it coming
I bit the hand that feeds
I'm gonna burn myself down
And take you with me
Can't trust no woman
Can't trust the lies they tell me
I don't need acceptance
I belong to nothing
Hard lessons, I've had my share
Can't learn from mistakes when I don't fucking care
I've burnt bridges, I lit the flame
That killed friendships and I still felt nothing
Hard lessons
What's done is done and I'll turn on you again
What's done is done and I'll turn on you again
Hard lessons don't come cheap
What would kill you can't touch me
Hard lessons don't come cheap
Hard lessons don't come cheap
