Edit: It is reported and noted with public health in Ontario Canada.

I had dizziness when I got covid and then got the vaccines and still 2 years later have the dizziness and forgetfulness . Really sucks when I have to work and need to provide for my kids . The dizziness makes me feel disoriented leading to anxiety and depression. Anyway we need to just carry on be strong !!.Gods strength to everyone going through this 🙏🏻

Oh my, I am so happy to have found your informative video on this. I received the Moderna bivalent vaccine on 10/31/22, developed chills and a fever of 103 on the day afterward. On the second post-COVID vaccine day, I was sitting at my computer when I experienced a sudden, severe episode of vestibular vertigo with subsequent nausea/vomiting. I broke out in a cold, clammy sweat that lasted a couple of hours. My 3rd post-vaccine day. I have experienced a feeling of being on the 'edge' of a repeat episode. Took very low levels of activity to exacerbate that feeling. It was a very frightening experience that I don't wish to repeat. I am going to talk to my PCP and determine if I should risk another vaccine. I am immunocompromised, so the risk is higher if not vaccinated.

I dropped to the floor while I was taking a class at my gym. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital for a three day stay where I was diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis. I couldn't walk without help for a month. This happened shortly after the second Moderna vaccine. Direct result of the jab.

For about 7 months, I have been experiencing lightheadedness (sometimes feeling like I’m going to faint) and mild dizziness at times when I tilt my head back or turn my head the wrong way. I was just diagnosed with vestibular migraines. I am on a couple of meds now. I’m just wondering if anyone has recovered from these symptoms. I’m a bit disheartened right now.

Hi, I’m a 67-yr. old male diagnosed with VM. I’ve been fully vaccinated (Pfizer) including booster in September 2021. No post vaccination issues, vestibular or otherwise, other than a sore arm for a couple of days for all three. That being said, I have been vigilant as far as wearing a mask in public places, but this past Sunday (11/14/21) I started having cold-like symptoms (sneezing, post-nasal drip, slight cough, fatigue, tight-chested). To be on the safe side, I had a rapid SAR-CoV-2 test on Tuesday 11/16/21, and to my surprise-a Breakthrough positive hit! The next day, I had the monoclonal antibody treatment. No vestibular issues post MAT. I have lost my sense of smell as well. I am self-isolating (like a good boy) and am actually starting to feel a little better. Thanks for your channel and all the topics you cover! I’m in FL too, Dr. Abbie! Cheers!

I'm so glad I found your video! I've had dizziness, now twice post Covid moderna vaccines. First time was my first time experiencing this level of dizziness, in the middle of the night, whole room was spinning, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Difficult walking without support. This was approximately 48 hrs after vaccine. Recently I had a booster vaccine and few days later had similar, but not as bad and I knew about Epley maneuver so I started doing it. First time a pharmacist friend recommended Meclizine HCI 25mg tablets to help with dizziness and nausea. Definitely helped. Relieved to think vaccine could be the cause. I'll discuss with my primary care physician. Thanks!

I got the Moderna COVID booster in Oct 2022. I wound up in the ER with severe Vertigo. All the tests came out fine. About a week later, the symptoms abated. Have had periodic episodes since then. I got the new COVID vaccine in Oct 2023. Within a day of receiving it severe Vertigo symptoms returned. I am entering week 4 post vaccine, and although not as severe I still get Vertigo and have overall dizziness and feel off kilter. I’m done with this and will take my chances with COVID in the future. Just hope these symptoms aren’t permanent.

My symptoms started just after my second vaccine (March 2021). The symptoms came with a vengeance after I had a tube inserted in my right ear and before my booster (October 2021). I started experiencing extreme pressure in both ears. It feels like two balloons are inserted below my ears and someone is constantly filling the balloons with air. I also have an incessant hissing in my left ear. I am seeing an ear specialist and he started chelated magnesium, CoQ10, and B2. I am also limiting foods that contain tyramine. I walk 3-5 miles a day and drink plenty of water. Three months into the vitamins and chiropractic visits - very little improvement.

I reported to the CDC and was recommended to not get the second dose from both the CDC and my doctor. I am also being treated by a neurologist as well and not a lot has helped thus far. I'm the only person I know in my circle that has had any side effects like this. I cannot work regularly or do my normal lifestyle things to date. I just found this and hoping to find solutions.

3 months after my vaccination I was so dizzy I would hit the floor and not know where I was. I vomited for hours and my wife took me to the ER. I was prescribed a medication for the dizziness but still experienced vertigo almost daily. I found that I stopped drinking caffeine, the vertigo would stop and I can function almost normally. I still have random brain fog and disorientation with bright lights. This is after I had seen an ENT, several doctors including my primary and a neurologist. My lab work all said I was “completely healthy”. The end result was my doctor shrugging their shoulders and saying, “sorry, I don’t know”.

I’m eight weeks post COVID. I’m still experiencing vertigo and dizziness together that causes extreme nausea. With this I started becoming sensitive to light, sounds and smells. When something is bright, or loud or I smell something I get a sharp headache right above my eyes and sometimes experiencing pressure behind my eyes. Since childhood I’ve been sensitive to motion sickness while riding in a car or certain movements. But the vertigo and dizziness and headaches to sensitivity have been every day for almost the entire day. It’s been debilitating. Every activity I do makes me feel like I’m about to throw up from the feeling of being off balance or the room is spinning. I keep hoping I’m gonna get up one morning and it be gone. I’m trying to not become depressed from it.

I had acute vertigo 10 days after 2nd Astrazeneca vaccine. GP presumed BPPV and induced an episode with exercise . She said it will stop soon and it didn't. I vomited for next 10 minutes. First 4 weeks was horrendous just trying to stand up. Six months later and I still cannot tip my head to the right or lay back. I have been sleeping on left side for 6 months. My brain knows no to turn over I think. Had MRI scan and CT scan. Shows nothing out of the ordinary. ENT specialist did not even look in my ears. Said ear crystals and do BPPV exercises. They don't want to hear about the vaccine. I feel like my head is full of fluid and like I speak under water. I have what I describe as electric zaps goes on in my head. Fortunately I retired the day I had 2nd vax as I would have been unable to work since. I cannot plan anything because every day is different. Desperate for help. My 12 year old son is suffering from a severe Vertigo and Dizziness from receiving his booster shot about 6 weeks ago. He still can’t stand up for more than 10 seconds. ENT doctor said that he was/is suffering from Vestibular Neuritis and he received 10 days of steroids. Balance test confirmed VN. Steroids helped his vertigo to go down, but was replaced by dizziness. He went through a week of intensive physical therapy in children’s hospital, but it really hasn’t helped. MRI and Neurological test showed nothing. We are looking into have him go through vestibular therapy soon. If anyone is having symptoms close to my son, could you please ready out? We have seen alot of people complaining about dizziness on the web, but is anyone having dizziness/vertigo to the point that you can’t even sit up straight for over 6 weeks? @@wizwiz2532 dizziness that can feel very strong to the point of loosing balance at times. It is also permanent, since the minute you get up until you go to bed. It may improve a little during the day at some point but it can also become quite extreme at some point too. Scary. Never, ever happened to me before the vaccine. Still do not know the cause. Going for heart echo in a couple of weeks.

@@wizwiz2532 Thank you for your response. My first shot was Janssen and did not affect me beyond 24hr flu symptoms. My second was Moderna and my God, I cannot believe what it has done to me. I am glad you feel better and hope one day, it will all be behind. I have chest issues, I hope to find out when I get heart echo as that it's what feels wrong.. Not sure if the dizziness is due to blood circulation or what, hope to find out too. So far, blood tests and x ray did not show anything strange, yet I feel it very, very strongly. I got Moderna shot two months ago now. I get some headaches and mild pains in my back, arms, neck . No blurred vision and mine does not come in waves, it is pretty permanent. Anyway, again, thank you so much. I do appreciate exchanging experiences with somebody that is going through similar issues, it does feel like nobody understands what all this feels like. No nicotine here either although I do enjoy a small glass of red wine and a piece of home baked cake! :)

My dad developed severe dizziness post vaccine. It’s already lasted over a year. He also developed a rash all over his body after vaccination that has also lasted a year. Doctor told him it was from the shots but wasn’t sure how to treat him bc it’s all so new. He regrets getting the shots. Unfortunately we are all the test subjects to an experimental product where there is no liability for those who produce the products.

Here we are, a year later, and yes, I am one of these who has experienced mild vertigo that comes and goes.
During physical therapy for a meniscus tear, it was discovered I could not balance standing on one leg for mre than three seconds. otherwise, I don't fall, experience any kind of imbalance. I find that if I stand for longer than 15 minutes, light vertigo kicks in, but goes away once I start walking or moving. Sometimes if I get up to quickly I notice it for a few seconds, then it goes away. I have learned to stand with one foot slightly ahead or to the side, which helps.

@Gretchen K. Actually, since the time of my comment the vertigo has become less. Not surprised about vegas nerve involvement.

The reasons there is no one speaking up for us who are having these sever symptoms. On second jab. And not normal. I got my flue and pneumonia shot a few months later. . NO SYMPTOMS you are a disappointment big disappointment. Reporting does NO good. They do not care or listen. Been there they are not listening at all.
