I did it with 1 100 and the rest between 50 - 70s My 100 was a raichu with thunderbolt, surf, seismic toss and hidden power (my hidden power was ice) so a couple of revives, max potions, leppa berries and sacrificial pokemon and raichu pretty much swept the E4... Although this did require me lending raichu to buddy who's much further in the game to teach it hidden power but oh well :p

I just farmed the E4 to get my venusaur (87), Alakazam(92), Snorlax(83) then i literally could sweep the first two ppl with Venu, then swept everything else with Alakazam and Snorlax there with Ice Beam for 'Lance's Dragonite.
I used Gyarados and spammed crunch on the first, second, and third elite 4, on the fourth, I spammed ice beam and with some help from Gengar, along with some revives and potions. Hope this helps!

It is harder but once you beat the Johto E4, you can just use that same team for Hoenn too! Tips? You might have to grind more and if you want to EV train, best to get the macho brace from Goldenrod city first!
That's about right for anyone first getting to Victory Road.. There's a massive difficulty curve jump from the 8th gym to the Elite 4. Apparently you can beat them at level 65.. but I'd say 75 is stretching it tbh.

Looks like a pretty good team there! Although you might want to evolve that Machoke? As long as your team is balanced you should be fine. Unlike normal Nintendo Pokemon games you can't really challenge the Elite 4 right after you've beaten the 8th gym.. You're gonna need to be around level 75 at least. I couldn't beat them until I was level 83. Half of my team was EV trained. People recommend Gyarados and Gengar for Lance as he'll spam earthquake (that will miss) all the time.

Get a timid gengar with 20+ spd and sp atk and max them out and use thunderbolt, physic, dark pulse, shadow ball. I beat all 4 of them with just gengar
Just make sure he's a high level, you can level him up fast just by beating the 1st of the elite and letting the 2nd one beat you or just try to get as far as you can with the gengar, thunderbolt should wipe the first , physic could beat the 2nd , shadow ball and dark pulse can beat the 3rd and same with the 4th :)

Yeah although you can probably still use the Earthquake trick to make him much easier. If you use a Gengar (or a Gyarados apparently?) he'll do nothing but use Earthquake and your pokemon is immune to it due to their levitate ability... I know Gengar works because he's poison type and would cause the NPCs to try and use a ground type against it.
You're right of course.. I ought to do more guides.. I prefer doing streams/let's plays because although the latter does require *some* editing and the former requires absolutely none.. the guides require like 5x the effort :S
I beat almost every Pokemon in the elite 4 with a lvl 80 stunfisk I dug up in mount moon after I beat the pewter gym. Heracross helped a bit as well. Stunfisk is the scourge of Kanto

I used a Beedrill with toxic spikes, poison jab, twinneedle, and agility. I find toxic spikes to help quite a lot against full team.

Use Sucker Punch as it has priority and will go first. Murkrow learns it if you let it level up without evolving. (Level 45 I think?)

Choose specific pokemon for each member of the E4. Ev train your pokemon. Borrow a Pokemon?
