btw I have to say, how awesome is it that something like this even took place.... AND it was recorded... AND now youtube has come along so it can be shared online with the entire world, able to be seen anytime anywhere. I love how in Japan they have soooooo many extra cool little things like this show. In the US you get the show itself, maybe a cast interview or two at a convention, and if you're lucky a few little DVD extras. Nothing like what Sailor Moon had.
Magnificent women. Michie-san and Emi-san have the strongest voices of the five, IMHO. They're all great, but these two have a real mojo in their vocal chords. Love them.
@@EvilDragon666 she had the most difficult part and was walking. she went sharp at the beginning and corrected it. it happens. Hisakawa Aya's voice is stunning too, her tone is just lighter. they're honestly all really good singers except Kotono lol.
@@iantuition Meh, excuses excuses. :P Singing while walking is all about controlling the diaphragm well. I stand with my original statement that Michie-san and Emi-san are the best singers of the bunch. Aya-san is good too, such a nice tender voice.
@@EvilDragon666 that is not an excuse, that is singing. again, she has the most demanding part, danced during it (unlike EVERYONE else), and *still* her pitch was only off for TWO NOTES when she started which is typical. and again, all of them are good singers except Kotono. this performance is not enough to rank them on - maybe if they had ALL sung that challenging chorus solo, that would be possible. and no, singing while moving is NOT just down to controlling the diaphragm. singing is never down to any one action or body part. I hate when people who obviously do not sing hate on singers

I've recently re-awoken my addiction to Sailor Moon and was looking all over for this video on youtube! Didn't help me that I originally thought it was La Soldier... as soon as I found it was Moon Revenge this was easy to find. It's awesome being a fan again now in 2011... new manga to read, musicals and live action shows available online...

To be fair, Sailor Moon was dominating the country at the time. I doubt things like this were/are done for every show that comes along.
