Awesome video! Regarding the question what happens if someone doesn't own any heroes: you'll just get a random one.

Thanks for the demo. I'll have to try it out. Watching this popped several questions in my head that I'll have to figure out. I just jumped on, got logged in, bought a few packs and immediately faced someone playing cards with 20+ health, I firmly got stomped. It looks like another game where a lot of money input is needed to level up cards to be viable. That's Web3 though.

hey thanks for the comment, so "faced someone playing cards with 20+ health"... the HERO cards you purchase gives your team buffs and the higher level they are unlocks the ability to earn greater value chest on a win and should not give an unfair advantage as i know. I dont know exactly what happen in your case, maybe it was just how they setup the team the attacks do scale up and do get NUTS!! Man it's super fun having 14 attack points.. What mode was it? Casual in theory should not have any sweats in it, that's for the ranked mode ghouls like myself. LMK..

Hey @Bronzedrag0n_Gaming! Thanks for checking out the game. To answer your question, there is no advantage to be had within the "gameplay" if you spend money. That was an important design decision to make sure competitive play is possible. So if you play with a friend who has a new account (no assets owned) and you own upgraded heroes and skins, whoever wins is based on skill (& luck) - not the size of your wallet =).
The card you faced, was probably just strong (i.e. gold foil) and quite likely coupled with a hero ability (i.e. Kaiyo doubles health & attack of a unit).

@@wolfonchain Ok, it's probably a case of I need to figure out how to play the game effectively. It's got a set of steps that aren't immediately intuitive to me, even after watching this video. It was just a surprise when I think I'm doing pretty well and then all of the sudden I'm facing cards with four times the health of mine. Thanks.
