    So, if the buzz shuts off, no longer buzz while car is off but ignition ON, does that mean my throttle body is short-circuiting?
    I ask cause my SL500 1995 also has ASR light ON along with Limp mode ON. trying to figure my issues out as it may be a few different things of problem.

    The loom is always the issue on those mercedes

    Hi.. I have 2004 cl600.. Had throttle body code. Esp malfunction. I replace with good used ebay (2 different one) the code went away no engine anymore but still limp mode and esp malfunction..
    Does the throttle body has to be reset can we reset. And answer please help. 1 more thing the car idle surges up and down at low rpm limp mode

      Have you tried letting the idle position reset itself? Turning the key to 2nd position and waiting 60 seconds? Not sure about V12 models but that's what worked on my straight 6.

    Hey Victor, i keep finding myself watching your videos, they are very informative. I have a 1990 300sl with asr, its in limp mode with the asr light on. My asr pre charge pump is dead, i have replacement to install however the car is abroad so i will fit it next month, what bugged me is when testing with a multi meter at the pre charge pump, i was only getting a pulse of power however i have read the pre charge pump comes on for upto 30 seconds at a time until the pressure switch is satisfied. Im wondering if my seized asr pump has damaged the asr ecu. What do you think about this? Im thinking to get my hands on one to take with me as a back up.

    Hello! Nice video! Can I have some help? I am struggling with my Mercedes w221 s320cdi. The problem happened when I turned off the esp and flored it and it started making weard whistling sounds and it gets in emergency mode or limp mode after been throttled for a couple of seconds in the turbo area. I have driven her to the service and there were no damage from the turbo ways. I was wondering if throttle body could be the problem ?

      Video is for a customer who sent his throttle to me for rebuild. This video is to show a problem before I rebuild his throttle

    Hi there, I have a question pal, I own a Mercedes c 220 cdi 2005, when I start the car I get to go and it starts choking on it self, after that it will only rev up to 3000 rpms and the check engine light is illuminated on the board, when i scanned it on the computer it showed throttle position, I'm really desperate I would like to know what should I do, thanks in advance

      Hi,
      Diesels are very different from gas models. I do not work on diesels and cannot say what is wrong. Gotta take it to garage who work on diesels

    Hi my throttle body (electronic) on a c180 Kompressor 2005 w203 with m271 engine is not activating at all in key position 2. It does not go on at all and when starting the car it revs 1400rpm to 1800rpm up and down with no throttle pedal input at all. ESP visit workshop is showing and CEL. When scanning the codes with Elm237 I get P0120, P2009, P2032 and all codes are throttle related (The oxygen sensor code is because of the bad mixture caused by the failed throttle body.) If a purchase a new one and erase the codes will that make the car work again? I don't think its limp mode it seems more like an emergency mode because there is no throttle pedal work at all.
