Hi Gina...I'm planning on making this soup tomorrow, & will also use shrimp...I'm curious if you use a food processor to chop the shrimp like chef did with the chicken, & then I guess the shrimp will cook even more quickly...Thanks for your insight!☀

It’s also a matter of taste and preference… I always add corn in my chicken soup, and just egg white, the same way as this recipe.. But even with the whole egg will be great !!! Who can resist a yaaaamyyyyy chicken soup like this !! 😋😋

It's so good, especially when you are feeling sick. I live in Germany now & you can't get it anywhere. I don't know why? Thanks for showing us how to make it, for those of us who love Chinese chicken and sweetcorn soup. I also love stirfries with bokchoi and cashew nuts. I also live sweet bowties.
