Im a psychiatric RN and when she threw out the suicide card, i was angry. I work with people on a daily basis who are SERIOUSLY suicidal and struggle with mental health issues. For her to use that as a plot device in her made up soap opera is vile and despicable!!

Just to be serious for a moment, narcissists use suicidal threats to abuse their victims. It’s emotional abuse. I’ve experienced it myself and it was so stressful, then when I realized he was trying to manipulate me, I was infuriated. I don’t believe Meghan was suicidal at all, like everything else she used the claim of being suicidal to play the victim, as a way to get people to stop criticizing her and to play to Harry’s weakness from losing his mother. What I learned from the suicidal threat abuse I experienced: the choice to live or die by suicide is in their hands alone. No one and nothing can make someone commit suicide, it is a choice.
I don't think she was suicidal either. Just one of my reasons for thinking it's untrue is because we've never heard Part II of this particular story - i.e. the recovery. I am not for a moment suggesting that she should have given us chapter and verse on her therapy and/or medication because that is intensely personal and private. However, for someone so generally willing to climb up on the world stage and over-share in order to get sympathy and attention, and for her husband to tell us everything about his therapy and use of drugs, it just seems odd that she didn't just give us a few sentences about how she eventually found help and overcame her suicide ideation. . The plan to leave was hatched right from the start, but I wonder if either Harry was dragging his heels or she wanted to escalate the timeframe for leaving and used suicide ideation as a vehicle to do it?
She thought she was going to ride around in motorcades with full on escort's like Jackie Kennedy, have a palace, castle and country estate all of their own, dip into the most precious jewels to build her own collection and have fabulous wealth where money was hers to spend with no questions asked.
PS The Palace has a mini hospital within it manned by nurses and a doctor 24/7 WITH an operating theatre open to anyone who needs help- family or staff.

The TRUE story was that she had a friend who owned an expensive spa health retreat that cost £1,000 per day. She went to HR and said her mental health was suffering and she needed to go to the spa for 7 days. HR said they were not in a position to sanction this - hence she trumped up the claims that the royal family didn’t care about her MH. What a heinous woman.

Just my own observation based on cases I worked with : Pregnant women who display signs of wanting to end their lives are *CLOSELY* monitored and *REGULARLY* evaluated and assessed until the baby is born to make sure Mum isn't a threat to herself and / or others . Her medical team [which by the way ,never backed her up] had a duty of care towards her AND the unborn , but since she refused the Royal Family's top physicians , and since Harry didn't ring an ambulance -as a caring husband would- and instead dragged her to watch Cirque du Soleil in fear of "shame upon da fam " ,the whole story, based on their own words and actions is a lie , IMHO . Oh and btw, Meg shunned every help and suggestions offered to her hoity toity self by the royal family who has the BEST healthcare team, Jackie Dunkley Bent is just one of many , and she delivered baby Charlotte ,but she wasn't good enough for Meghan ? Here in the U.K., pregnant women regularly see a midwife and see an obstetrician more towards the end of the pregnancy (unless you’re high risk). Mental health and well-being are massive concerns and patients are constantly being checked to ensure they’re well. Also, all patients have 24 hour access to midwifery care throughout the pregnancy even with the NHS.

As a medical professional and mother I wondered the same thing about her suicidal ideation and her need for regular OB check-ups. Why on Earth didn’t they discuss her mental health crisis at one of the visits with the OB physician or call the office for a STAT referral (or advice)? If she was that critical, she could have been admitted to an inpatient psychiatric ward. The idea of going to BP Human Resources is ridiculous as they only take care of the employees of BP and oversee the employee benefits. Whose dopey idea was that? And, like you said, Harry has a therapist, who would likely take his call at any time of the day or night to advise Harry as to what to do with Meghan’s acute mental health crisis. I never believed she was pregnant with either child. Her pregnancy was just never believable to me. She’s a pathological liar, and she perpetrated a pregnancy hoax-twice. I've followed this saga for a long while now, from the stance of supporting Harry happiness, the wonderful wedding, the much in love gazing, the engagement interviews \ odd I thought for people of their age. Didn't know she was mixed race, didn't know she was previously married until she walked down the aisle. Therefore, I picked up of Mr Markle, I went with the main stream gambit - Mr Markle was ill and couldn't travel, didn't delve further. When I did pick up on the subject, there's some strange pattern of all the Markles & Doria. IMHO there is a confidence\secret that is shared, there's a status quo, like the recent Aussie interview of Mr Markle, Tom Jnr and Sam, no mention of Doria, just all is well Megs - just visit Dad, sorry don't buy it, something doesn't pan out, IMHO. As a parent I would be embarrassed for the world to know that the two eldest basically had to get on with it, even with their collective grandchildren and Sam's MS. But darling Megs, princess Megs - gets everything and missing Doria not to be mentioned, I know what the interview says about Doria's missing years - plenty online years go & mind boggling, but not now, what father gives all to one and what seems little to the others?? Re: Diana’s security post-divorce. Although Diana was deprived of her HRH and no longer considered a senior Royal, Charles offered her continued Royal protection officers. She was still the mother of a future King. Diana turned down the offer because she had been deceived by Martin Bashir into believing that her Royal security was spying on her and reporting her activities back to Charles and Prince Philip. So the divorce itself wasn’t the reason she lost her security. It was her own choice, but she was tricked into making it.

My son’s first love was a crazy and highly manipulative girl. He decided to break up with her and her response was that she was going to kill herself. He shared this with me. I called her and told her that as a responsible adult, I was obligated to call and inform her parents, her priest and her school of her threats of suicide. All of a sudden,she was no longer suicidal.

As for Meghan being her own stylist, fair play she can take credit for that, she always dresses wrong and looks a mess when attending events. It would’ve been really cool had Meghan worn a dress to the British Fashion Awards that was a design by a relatively unknown up-and-coming designer from somewhere in Great Britain or the UK. It would’ve shown not only understanding of the purpose of the event she was attending, but also her loyalty and support to the Commonwealth, and to the future of fashion within Great Britain. Yes, fashion can sometimes be seen as as shallow, but it can also be seen as art. And to support an up-and-coming fashion designer by wearing a dress from one of them, it would have made a positive impression on the UK and the rest of the world while propelling a hard-working Brit right into the spotlight and helping make their dreams come true!

As already mentioned, suicidal threats from a narcissist are a manipulative technique! And, as a well known and documented narcissist, she loves herself too much to do anything of the kind! I just read an article from Ireland when visiting there with John Fitzpatrick and Harry during the engagement. I have a long-held interest in Monarchical Law too. So having an understanding of how the Monarchy works & why it works the way it does has certainly been helpful in understanding the Markle Debacle. Many people wonder what it is that she & #5 have done that is so bad.. when it's just about everything that they do.. At the end of the day, they are but traitorous gits. I'd say that most of us were very happy for Harry to have found someone to marry, and were very supportive of his wife - at least, until we just couldn't be. In fact, once the truth about Markle began to emerge, we were all left shocked & scratching our heads as to how someone like her had even been allowed to marry into the BRF - and I don't mean because of her colour (no one CARED!) I mean because of the way she behaves.. Overt narcissistic behaviour! I also suspect that #5 & his future wife had to have threatened his father & grandmother with claims of racism in order to force the Queen to allow the marriage .. I don't think the BRF had much choice but to allow it. I also think that they KNEW she was big trouble well before the Wedding!
The idea that she could not get mental health care because she wasn't a working royal and was not qualified for benefits does not make sense. She was a working royal the minute she became a duchess, And even if she didn't have benefits, Harry or Charles would have paid for her medical needs for such a serious claim. After all, Charles paid $1 million for her wardrobe in just the first year!
She was a British citizen, so she was definitely entitled to NHS health care. Before her and harry had their Satan spawned wedding, she was required to become a British citizen and be baptised Church of England. Both of which she did when she was still happy to be dutiful, before harry and her signed the marriage certificate, and she turned her mind to offing the Queen and Prince Phillip the very next second.

Just to be serious for a moment, narcissists use suicidal threats to abuse their victims. It’s emotional abuse. I’ve experienced it myself and it was so stressful, then when I realized he was trying to manipulate me, I was infuriated. I don’t believe Meghan was suicidal at all, like everything else she used the claim of being suicidal to play the victim, as a way to get people to stop criticizing her and to play to Harry’s weakness from losing his mother. What I learned from the suicidal threat abuse I experienced: the choice to live or die by suicide is in their hands alone. No one and nothing can make someone commit suicide, it is a choice.
I don't think she was suicidal either. Just one of my reasons for thinking it's untrue is because we've never heard Part II of this particular story - i.e. the recovery. I am not for a moment suggesting that she should have given us chapter and verse on her therapy and/or medication because that is intensely personal and private. However, for someone so generally willing to climb up on the world stage and over-share in order to get sympathy and attention, and for her husband to tell us everything about his therapy and use of drugs, it just seems odd that she didn't just give us a few sentences about how she eventually found help and overcame her suicide ideation. .
The plan to leave was hatched right from the start, but I wonder if either Harry was dragging his heels or she wanted to escalate the timeframe for leaving and used suicide ideation as a vehicle to do it?

Pregnant women who display signs of wanting to end their lives are *CLOSELY* monitored and *REGULARLY* evaluated and assessed until the baby is born to make sure Mum isn't a threat to herself and / or others . Her medical team [which by the way ,never backed her up] had a duty of care towards her AND the unborn , but since she refused the Royal Family's top physicians , and since Harry didn't ring an ambulance -as a caring husband would- and instead dragged her to watch Cirque du Soleil in fear of "shame upon da fam " ,the whole story, based on their own words and actions is a lie , IMHO . Oh and btw, Meg shunned every help and suggestions offered to her hoity toity self by the royal family who has the BEST healthcare team, Jackie Dunkley Bent is just one of many , and she delivered baby Charlotte ,but she wasn't good enough for Meghan ? Here in the U.K., pregnant women regularly see a midwife and see an obstetrician more towards the end of the pregnancy (unless you’re high risk). Mental health and well-being are massive concerns and patients are constantly being checked to ensure they’re well. Also, all patients have 24 hour access to midwifery care throughout the pregnancy even with the NHS.

As a medical professional and mother I wondered the same thing about her suicidal ideation and her need for regular OB check-ups.

I've followed this saga for a long while now, from the stance of supporting Harry happiness, the wonderful wedding, the much in love gazing, the engagement interviews \ odd I thought for people of their age. Didn't know she was mixed race, didn't know she was previously married until she walked down the aisle. Therefore, I picked up of Mr Markle, I went with the main stream gambit - Mr Markle was ill and couldn't travel, didn't delve further. When I did pick up on the subject, there's some strange pattern of all the Markles & Doria. IMHO there is a confidence\secret that is shared, there's a status quo, like the recent Aussie interview of Mr Markle, Tom Jnr and Sam, no mention of Doria, just all is well Megs - just visit Dad, sorry don't buy it, something doesn't pan out, IMHO. As a parent I would be embarrassed for the world to know that the two eldest basically had to get on with it, even with their collective grandchildren and Sam's MS. But darling Megs, princess Megs - gets everything and missing Doria not to be mentioned, I know what the interview says about Doria's missing years - plenty online years go & mind boggling, but not now, what father gives all to one and what seems little to the others?? Well this is part of why I am convinced she was not carrying a baby and also why Harry was clued out. One thing missed in your analysis is that .. get this ... Doris was never called. Apparently and very unbelievably to my opinion Doria is a therapist. Why didn't MM call her mother either as a mother or as a therapist? On another note, how many careers does Doria have? Makeup artist, travel agent, yoga instructor, shop owner, business woman, therapist and now she is CEO of a Seniors Home. Do you believe all that. Nope, me either. My son’s first love was a crazy and highly manipulative girl. He decided to break up with her and her response was that she was going to kill herself. He shared this with me. I called her and told her that as a responsible adult, I was obligated to call and inform her parents, her priest and her school of her threats of suicide. All of a sudden,she was no longer suicidal.

Frogmore: is a crown property, LISTED. The integrity of the building would be met by Crown Properties. Frogmore was originally one Royal home, then converted to smaller units for staff, then back to its former glory. OH COURSE, Harry and Meghan's EXPECTATIONS would have been greater, a mansion, servant quarters, grounds, walls, helipad & swimming pool. Megs thought Harry was £mega rich - she had no idea, she needs to take shock of the divorce outcomes of Diana Princess of Wales and Duchess Fergie. Yes, fashion can sometimes be seen as as shallow, but it can also be seen as art. And to support an up-and-coming fashion designer by wearing a dress from one of them, it would have made a positive impression on the UK and the rest of the world while propelling a hard-working Brit right into the spotlight and helping make their dreams come true!

Exactly. I thought she would have had a British designer for her wedding dress as well, which would have sent out such a positive first message to the country. Catherine uses her royal tours to promote British designers but she very often includes elements from the country she is visiting, such as a handbag, or shoes.. MM could have learnt so much from Catherine - if she had any humility or interest in learning. .

İ don't suppose a lot of Americans would appreciate all of the history and such - but I've always found it to be of massive interest. I have a long-held interest in Monarchical Law too. So having an understanding of how the Monarchy works & why it works the way it does has certainly been helpful in understanding the Markle Debacle. Many people wonder what it is that she & #5 have done that is so bad.. when it's just about everything that they do.. At the end of the day, they are but traitorous gits. Under the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, most British folk & peoples of the Commonwealth nations have been mostly proud of the Monarchy. I'd say that most of us were very happy for Harry to have found someone to marry, and were very supportive of his wife - at least, until we just couldn't be. In fact, once the truth about Markle began to emerge, we were all left shocked & scratching our heads as to how someone like her had even been allowed to marry into the BRF - and I don't mean because of her colour (no one CARED!) I mean because of the way she behaves.. Overt narcissistic behaviour!
I also suspect that #5 & his future wife had to have threatened his father & grandmother with claims of racism in order to force the Queen to allow the marriage .. I don't think the BRF had much choice but to allow it. I also think that they KNEW she was big trouble well before the Wedding!
The idea that she could not get mental health care because she wasn't a working royal and was not qualified for benefits does not make sense. She was a working royal the minute she became a duchess, And even if she didn't have benefits, Harry or Charles would have paid for her medical needs for such a serious claim. After all, Charles paid $1 million for her wardrobe in just the first year!
She was a British citizen, so she was definitely entitled to NHS health care. Before her and harry had their Satan spawned wedding, she was required to become a British citizen and be baptised Church of England. Both of which she did when she was still happy to be dutiful, before harry and her signed the marriage certificate, and she turned her mind to offing the Queen and Prince Phillip the very next second.
