But make it a two-fer: The official video first so you know how it was rehearsed then the Live at the Star Vista video. And, yes, Kevin is there. You can hear him.
Kevin was in the middle playing the cello in the preceding song. He is on the far right after putting the cello away.
@@maryanderson5443 Exactly! If you watch closely, at the beginning there is space between Mitch and Kirstin. Mitch starts walking over when Avi starts but most people miss that. For the rest of the song, he is next to Kirstin.

My favorite pentatonix song is their cover of "Say Something". When they sing it, you can feel the emotion of the lyrics. Not many musicians nowadays do that to me... But every single time I hear it... I feel it.

There are two performances that make the hair stand up on the back of my neck. This is one, and the other is the Conan Show version of Disturbed, Sound of Silence. They both give me chills and thrills.

Don't forget to listen to the actual message of the song. Can you imagine 2000 years ago, a 13-14 year old girl who had been told she would be the mother of the savior. It makes you wonder whether or not she did know, way down deep in her heart, what was in store for her little baby Jesus.
Yebba song My Mind live is amazing her voice and the song breaks me every time
I suggest PTX's cover of Gold. Not only is it excellent but they do what the original artist couldn't do without technology & prerecording to handle certain parts. For the video they went back to their roots & just filmed themselves doing a live one-shot take like a lot of their oldest vids (but better sound since they can now afford the best mics) & how it would be in concert. They filmed with them just sitting on couches & you can see close up who is doing which parts all at once.
If you want an awesome live performance, check out the Sing-Off performance of Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get it On". Even the judges were stunned.
It seems simplistic but there are many things to notice...like Kirsty is mainly viewed with a halo around her head. The harmonies are chilling and Kevin gets to sing a solo....And Avi's bass throbs throughout. Avi has such a beautiful voice so smooth and his face is also so appealing. Since you appreciate Avi's bass work when he was in PTX, you should definitely check out his most successful solo original piece, "Change on the Rise". He'll blow your mind with how he layered all the vocals himself, and did all the effects (other than a wee bit of organ and tambourine in the bridge). It will show you what he's been able to achieve away from doing mostly bass back-up.

I’m glad you did this one, not many people do. As far as more to check out, there are soooo many lol As a few people mentioned, Aha Live from the Star Vista is a must. It’s not professionally recoded and doesn’t show Kevin (even though he was there!), it’s a must see. There medleys and mash ups are also a must...they are masters at arranging and transitions. Check out La La Latch, New Rules x Are You That Somebody, Ariana Grande medley and Rihanna (you won’t be disappointed! Their cover of Gold is amazing and another one that not many people react to is Making Christmas. It’s from the Nightmare Before Christmas movie and it’s so good and intricate. I could go on all day honestly lol Their catalog is huge. Can’t wait for you to do more!!!

This is the Bat Cave used in the 1960s tv series Batman.
You should watch some Superfruit stuff! It's with Scott and Mitch, their own channel. Their Anti Medley, Beyonce, and Feeling Myself are great stuff they do live. As far as PTX goes, Gold and Aha Singapore Live at the Star Vista are great! Thanks for loving PTX!
