Shockwave can be useful if you have tier 4 modules. My Anti-Cube portal gives a 10x damage boost to enemies that are hit by shockwave, which is good for bosses on high tiers. On high tiers (10+) your health, defenses and thorn damage cannot keep up anymore, so you need to hope that bosses get hit by the shockwave, while standard enemier get hit by orbs.
Great video, I'd love to see you cover Lone Tower sometime as well. It's very much like The Tower but has farming and some other things that make it stand on it's own well.

Orb devo used to produce insane coin gains but has been nerfed a bit in this new version. People report about 20-30% less coin as a result. I do have a video on that. Making sure BH and GT are synchronized or are able to. We've got a bunch of new levels to reduce BH and GT CD now so that's been a big help on my end recently (going full GC farm now so it took a bit to surpass my old orb devo coin gains). Labs for SL coin, BH coin, GT duration, coins/kill, perk related bonuses (all multiplicative with each other in the end). Might be an issue of farming too high of a node, and just need to step back to one you can reach 2500-3k in. Pushing a few neglected labs can also help push that wave cap quickly at times. Hopefully that'll give you some ideas on what'll help.
I know this is a year ago, however, I do have some thoughts. I know Absolute defense is broken. As long as you stay above the enemies attack, you are immune from everything, including the boss. I've made it to wave 280 just by focusing on absolute defense, attack, attack speed, coin wave, cash wave, interest, and free upgrades. 10x helps a lot when upgrading faster.
@@crowbarzero I don't see them being as strong. Their damage output are very slow increase and won't hit 100 damage from wave 80-90. By the time you hit wave 80, your absolute defense will be in +300 using the x10 for faster upgrade
@@keenman4Once you get to higher tiers you’ll see that absolute defense is very weak. You’ll even see it on Tier 1 once you get past enough waves. 10k+ waves and it’s completely useless
@mbrick87 I haven't got past 10k waves yet, but persistently upgrading my absolute defense and defense percentage have gotten me past 2k waves from the start. I don't know if you kept up absolute defense past the enemies damage. Or upkeep upgrading the Defense percentage where it takes the percentage out of the enemies damage. But as far as I know is that keeping up absolute defense over enemies damage grants me immunity from all attacks.
Just started almost two weeks ago. I moved on from tier 1 after just above 1k levels. I noticed it becomes useless in tier 2, at 30 levels you already get so much damage! Absolute can maybe lower it a bit but you need to be able to soak most now. This absolute soak as a percentage drops very fast, maybe less than one percent after enough waves. Just not economical. besides being able to soak a few hits from bosses you need to assure almost no one can sneak past your knockback and you kill them before they reach you. the orbs are very nice. I can now do 850 levels at tier 2, 700 at tier 3, 600 at tier 4, 400 at tier 5. I got 150 at tier 6 and 7, not played those much. I just unlocked tier 8. I'm not sure playing at highest tier is most rewarding, but the unlock bonuses are nice. At tiers up to 4 I can now eventually max everything with cash and free upgrades, and race damage and health with that of the waves. At tier 5 it's a bit harder. Not sure how best to transition towards the middle game though. I'm researching game speed constantly (at 4.0 now) and the faster labs. Only a few other ones but just got a third lab. I have 6 card slots unlocked, that helps a lot. Any tips?

I'm a noob, got this a week now. I only find guides on tier 1-2 or endgame. Tier 1 is just def absolute, tier 2-7 are similar but eventually you can't keep up damage and health at various rates. At tier 3-4 I can maximize almost everything by going hard on utility first for coins, cash and free upgrades soon and maxing cheap stuff first. Eventually it increases attack every other turn and health every six turns (50% chance, but you have the two worthless stats too). At 5-7 I can't invest as much in utility as I need to work on my damage and health sooner. I can grind more and more and increase either cheap stuff so it will be maxed sooner OR upgrade the expensive health and damage. Or a bit of everything, keeping ratios. Iirc I now have everything at 20k per upgrade, health at 160k and damage at 80k. Is that a nice method? I haven't unlocked shockwave as I wasn't sure it's worth the cash sink. Is it? Would you recommend playing as high a tier as possible or play one you can do a few hundred levels on?
I know it's an old video but i have a question, hopefully someone can help me cause i read a bit the comments but i didnt find the answer. Im stuck in T1, i can get to wave 500/600 with coin/cash and defense/abs def./thorns upgrades but i die to rays as soon as one appears. In t2 i cant get past wave 40~. What should i do to improve?
Keep at it with t1. T2 has a huge power spike in the difficulty so it's cool you can even hit w40 already. Means you're STARTING to crack the case on that one. Eventually getting perks will help your farming (generally in t1 for a long while) as longer runs will be more beneficial for you. Getting Golden tower ASAP will be a big help too. Maybe not a lot initially, but after some investment you'll notice you're making 1/2 or more of your coin income from that (late game it's a combo of that and several other stacking buffs for coin gains). T2 you'll need to start investing a bit into damage, but for t1 feel free to go hard with a turtle strat (killing with thorns). More you bring up those weaker link stats the easier it'll be to progress from there. It's a long game though. Modules did help boost everyone too, so even with small investment there you can get a jumpstart on building your power.
How to deal with protectors? I'm not able to get very far in T2, obviously I need to work on my health I the lab but these bastards are difficult. I have the plasma cannon, don't have the death ray or anything else atm.

Eventually once you get golden tower, it makes cash& coin/wave obsolete. It's not bad though. For starting out biggest labs are: game speed & lab speed

You only need defense absolute for tier 1. At tier 2 and higher damage will get through and you need to soak this and kill / knockback the smaller enemies fast. This means health is your main stat, and defense % (typo), attack speed and damage next. I made up some ratios, I upgrade all cheap stats (except health regen and defense absolute) to a some cost and keep health at 8 times that and the other three at 4 times that. Some other useful stats I'm now also increasing, still figuring things out.
Both are really good. I like the rule of simplicity here: Upgrade based on cost. If 1 is less expensive, grab that. Abs does lose some value for a while but can be used later in other farming setups
@@crowbarzero Lol realized I made a typo, mentioning absolute where I meant %. Depending on tier and wave but you always have an easy phase, not needing either. Slowly up def % along anyway because it and other stuff is cheap compared to health. Higher stats mean more value for free upgrades. Imo everything except three gets maxed before you really get in trouble. At this point you take hundreds of thousands of damage and absolute is completely negligible. I suppose once you put more into it, permanently and by wasting cash, you can absorb a few percent of the damage. I'm not sure of the ratio, but iirc 1:10 (so really cheap absolute) still wasn't worth it up to when it gets maxed. Or does it scale better than that? Btw, I'm thinking to delete my game and restart until I get both golden tower and black hole first...
I have lost track. A lot. Most of my progress at this point is tied to labs being completed and stones for UWs. Coins are helpful but not as needed as they used to be. Generally maxing health in tourney now even with out EB.
oh yeah this is an older one, check out the newer stuff... and aiming for releasing a few new ones soon (was sick with no voice recently so I haven't released much)
Avoid range and (once you get lifesteal) regen. Outside of that, even leveling with whatever you can pick up on the cheap with coins. Holding off on leveling the free upgrades (once you get access to them) as well so you can keep your range on the lower end and maximize coinbot (once you get the metals for it from the events).
I got a free perk while playing its a "12× all cash but no cash for kills" and it sucks it was a mistake choosing it, can someone tell me how to take it off its hard to build $ with no kills $
Overall it's a tradeoff perk that no one takes. Depending on the build, some trade-offs are good, but that 1 and a few others are pretty garbage. Once you pick up the perk you have it for the remainder of the run (which can hurt you or even ruin a run)
Not all the skills go to lv100. Depends on the skill, but overall you're probably looking at getting attack speed to lv99 before any other skill (most cap around there... I don't recall if any actually hit 100). Atk speed 99 will be about 7months more or less
Iv been playing about 2 weeks and yes you can achieve much more than level 100 Sorry ignore I get what you mean now I read what you have put properly 😂
I make about 1M coins per run atm and it takes absolutely fucking hours. What is the quickest way to drastically increase my coin gains and wave progression?

@crowbarzero with the stats that I see some players have, including yourself, I would consider myself as early mid gamer, only got my 2nd BH lab finished yesterday, so maybe even stepping into early mid game, but yet looking at your setup in this video, I would probably be quite a bit ahead. But Considering how old this video is, there has been quite a bit of changes to how the game is being played today.
@@TeenagePrince72 yeah don't consider all games the same because u happened to like the stupidest one which forces u to go through same lvls hundreds of times with improvment made at 1%
During v18 I was still running eHP & devo builds so my card line-up now that I'm doing glass cannon is completely different than before. Also varies in farming vs tourney runs.
There are free to play people not far behind me. Granted they started early so they have the advantage over newer players. But it definitely wouldn't be 50 years. 1 1/2 years I would say to reach where I'm at more or less depending on how early you jump into knowing what's the best route to take things.
I’m assuming you either hacked the game or you spent real money to get ahead in game. There’s no way you’d be that far without a ton of points in defense absolute. I can’t get past level 31 without defense absolute higher than enemy damage. That’s the most important stat from what I experience. No matter what route I take, or where I put points, I can never get past level 51. I’m convinced you have to spend real money in order to get past low level 50’s. That or spend months in zombie brain mode doing it over and over slowly increasing the over all stats. I enjoyed this game until I got the low level 50’s brick wall. Can’t process further without spending real money or hacking.
-My absolute defense lab is currently 30 (1 year after I created this video). Takes 18hrs for me to get the next level (relics+lab speed), so it 1-2 months I'd assume it could take to reach lab50 if you are dedicated running that lab. -All cards and card slots to date have been obtained which frees up gems for modules and lab rushes (used to be ONLY lab rushes until modules recently came into the scene). -2 months until my 2 year aniv playing this game. Things have changed a lot along the way. -Spent money: Event packs since they were released and roughly 1x/mo stone pack. Events didn't start until about a year ago or so. Probably closer to 0.9x/mo stone packs. But yeah. Did 2 larger tapjoys ($150) and got partially screwed along the way. Usually minor once since (ie not spending on those). At the time of this recording I don't believe I had done those... but I may have? - FTP people have reached maxed labs in things like attack speed and range. (99 and 80 respectively). Takes time and sometimes dedication to a single lab to get it up there, but it's possible. A few exceptions being perk wave reduction, and the super crit labs. Those are f'in insane and require gem rushing. But yeah, once you hit the lv50s on labs it becomes the question of 'what's my weakest link', filling that gap, then progressing beyond that. If you enjoy those small jumps of progress due to figuring that out you'll probably enjoy the game long term. Or if you like meme builds (ex:getting starting cash lab maxed... and yeah someone's done that...).
I'm stuck on a challenge called Change 1 skin. Can someone help, please ? iv been trying to find what I got to do to achieve it for 2 days. Thanks in advance
have at least 1 event tower skin, and from the main menu there's a button on the right side that allows you to look at cosmetics/relics. Just click off the default skin and onto any other skin and you got it.
Scatters: CL scatter amp (just annihilates them) Vampires: Garlic thorns early game, late game they end up getting nuked to oblivion from SM. Rays: Big damage to keep enemy numbers minimal so rays get nuked. Rays, Ult Ranged, Bosses & Ult tanks I think are probably the most dangerous enemies currently. Probably most of the Ult enemies in general. PS stuns help manage rays too. A few options there but some more viable expense wise than others.

@@crowbarzero
Lol realized I made a typo, mentioning absolute where I meant %.
Hello ! Thanks for the vid. How to you make 3 different screen of the game stand side by side ?
background images on the recording software
How many hrs have you put on this game?
I have lost track. A lot. Most of my progress at this point is tied to labs being completed and stones for UWs. Coins are helpful but not as needed as they used to be. Generally maxing health in tourney now even with out EB.
@@crowbarzero tnx
When you go to the lab tab, you have those triforces as a currency, how do I use them, what are they for?
Stones from tournaments and they're used to upgrade and obtain the ultimate weapons as well as ultimate weapon +'s
@@crowbarzero na, I do not mean the green stones, I mean those yellow once.
may I ask why you are not upgrading damage, health and def abs? What's the reason for that
those are just the background picture just so I could go over stuff. My actually dmg/hp/abs are about 2700+ (lowest).
@@crowbarzero Thanks for replying. Nice video.
One question if I restart game do I loose starter and epic packs?
yeah
Hello, can u please tell me how you have so much orbs curkulling around? I have just 4 max, what do i need? Thanks
Probably the extra orb card back then. Now you can also get more orbs from module substat in the health/armor module
Good video i got to over 4k in T1 but i done a different build
oh yeah this is an older one, check out the newer stuff... and aiming for releasing a few new ones soon (was sick with no voice recently so I haven't released much)
Hi i am here in 2024 do you think you could make an alt account and show us on a new account and what to upgrade
It'll be a bit as life is a bit crazy right now but that should be in the realm of possibility. I want to make an updated version of this video too
Donno if i'll be answered 😮 but the golden bot is good in the beggining?
It's amazing. There's been several people I've recommended solely investing into golden bot.
I’m very early game what should I focus on upgrading until I get to a higher tier?
Can anyone tell me how to skip waves?? I can’t find the button. It’s driving me insane.
@@jonathanwood8575 It's a card that gives you up to 19% chance to wave skip. It works automatically.
I'm still early game and wondering how fast I can at least get to level 100
Not all the skills go to lv100. Depends on the skill, but overall you're probably looking at getting attack speed to lv99 before any other skill (most cap around there... I don't recall if any actually hit 100). Atk speed 99 will be about 7months more or less
Iv been playing about 2 weeks and yes you can achieve much more than level 100
Sorry ignore I get what you mean now I read what you have put properly 😂
I make about 1M coins per run atm and it takes absolutely fucking hours. What is the quickest way to drastically increase my coin gains and wave progression?
th-cam.com/video/XZ0lEV4dK58/w-d-xo.html
Do you have any tips to beat tier 2?
Tier 2 has one of the largest difficulty jump. Just keep going with t1 and try it out once you hit wave 1k or so.
You creator this game?
I just play it
what to do on tier 2 ?
I have range at 77 is that ok?
I hope you don't mean range lab at 77... If it's workshop you can always respec it later but doing too much ranged lab will be extremely detrimental.
@crowbarzero it's workshop, I have less than 7 levels into range lab I believe
Ого какие жирные завозы! ну ты красавчик конечно)🐶
Я примерно попадаю в топ-50-60 турниров. Спасибо.
Does it mean that I am late game too? I am quite a bit more advanced than you been when making this video.
@@egidijusbruzas1850 This was made well before the changes to DW that we have now. Also the background image is for reference and was never my actual stats. Could you be more advanced than me 2 years ago. Fairly good chance
Fortunately I realized how pointless that game is after 4 hours,y progress was from wave 20 to 30
After a total of 12 hours of playtime I am on wave 80 so it sure is slow progression
Its not pointless juat because u dont like it 💀
@@TeenagePrince72 it is not pointful because u like it either. Waste of time. Even dumb animals are getting tired doing the same thing all over
@Majeszczak video games are a waste of time...they all are...unless ur playing as a job
@@TeenagePrince72 yeah don't consider all games the same because u happened to like the stupidest one which forces u to go through same lvls hundreds of times with improvment made at 1%
What cards do you use?
During v18 I was still running eHP & devo builds so my card line-up now that I'm doing glass cannon is completely different than before. Also varies in farming vs tourney runs.
Tkz man
There's so much more
Аккуратненько надо играть, а не рашить) Будь поспокойнее и тогда будет еще больше окуп!🙃
Why didnt you upgrade damage and health?
This video is super outdated and the background didn't reflect my stats at the time. Check out my recent stuff.
how do I get my screen like that
Oh stats on the side? That's just a image layered behind the game while it was running.
@@crowbarzero oh, ok thank you I really appreciate you replying
even though it's been a year lol
How do u get internal orbs
2 sets, 1 from workshop, 1 from a card
Why dont you do some cash way. You gott better cash bonus then
Thorns aplies lifesteal?
No. % based damage does not.
I hate this dev, pushing out so much ads. And it takes so much time to get to the point shown in the ads.
That's the one thing I feel like is a must buy to actually enjoy the game...
Pay to win sort of game or you’ll be grinding half your life to complete this
Long grind...pretty fun though.
Lol, I might have to pass this game down to my family members if the game's still running.
Pay to win game or play it 50 years to reach this guys lvl
There are free to play people not far behind me. Granted they started early so they have the advantage over newer players. But it definitely wouldn't be 50 years. 1 1/2 years I would say to reach where I'm at more or less depending on how early you jump into knowing what's the best route to take things.
Wow 1/2 yr is alot of time 😮 @@crowbarzero
@@emanuelnunesdeoliveira6546if you get golden tower it’s far easier to progress, I got golden tower 10 days ago and I can already push tier 6🤷🏽♀️
Salut
Bonjour
Or if you like meme builds (ex:getting starting cash lab maxed... and yeah someone's done that...).
u just say a whole bunch of nonsense 😂😂😂😂 script ur vid next time
I'm stuck on a challenge called Change 1 skin.
How do you deal with Ray vampire and scatter I literally die every time from them at any tier
Scatters: CL scatter amp (just annihilates them)
Vampires: Garlic thorns early game, late game they end up getting nuked to oblivion from SM.
