Most people did it legit which if the math is correct would have taken a few weeks due to the challenges resetting, some people however hacked the game and we're able to get the indo early. TheGamingBeaver talks about this from a long time ago and he did the math

Well if you wanna hack and don’t have a computer you gotta be at least iOS 13.3 or lower and just jailbreak and get like localiapstore on Cydia or some other iap hacks on Cydia and for apps that lets you hack the number idk but I’m trying ways that are free and some apps people can get (iOS you cannot purchase the vip)

Someone email Ludia for these things: The T-Rex’s victory animation should be unique from other rex animation theropods, like it should do the iconic rexy victory pose from JP. The death and victory animations need to be the full ones, cos nowadays they keep getting cut half way, which annoys me. The Indominus Rex should camouflage when we pet it. Lastly, the code 19 should operate the same way like JP Builder’s code red, like we can activate code 19 whenever we want.
