The way you unlock the underground boxing rings, There is three one in the Vatican, one in Giza and the third one in sukatai And also when you do the boxing rings you can not only just get money from it but you also can get Adventure books as well to purchase while you're there

You can open those little lockboxes with a hit from a melee weapon. Just have to get the right angle to hit them.
