I'm 14, I'm helping my 18 year old friend plan her wedding. as soon as she told me about the engagement I went crazy happy for her, I am helping her plan and I want to make sure everything is perfect for her. she is one of my best friends and has done so much for me, I have always wanted to help a friend plan their wedding. but I need a little help with planning the: wedding, bridle shower, honey moon/hotel room reservations, her and our (the other wedding members) outfits, heir, make-overs, transportation, and other things. I might already have a photographer, my ex-boyfriend does professional photography. thank you for this video, it is helping a lot.
One of my friends had a birthday party which was pretty special, it was her 18th and I thought we were pretty close. I know it's not quite the same as a wedding but it reinforced my view that significant others should never ever be separated regardless of the occasion. This friend of mine decided that she would only invite my boyfriend to her party because her boyfriend didn't get along with me in primary school and said he didn't want me there. So for the entire day & night I sat at home on Facebook feeling alone and all by myself while everyone else was out having fun and celebrating. Let me assure you one day when my boyfriend decides to pop the question I won't be making her mistake!
thank you! You gave me a great idea for my fiance and I to register at a charity! ;-) We are both previously married, so we really don't need anything in the traditional sense of setting up house. But if people still want to give us a gift, I would much rather that they gave to Maggie's House than to us, who already have plenty of things. :-)
Yeah, some of these things mentioned are outdated. If you're the groom/bride, do what YOU want. Don't let demanding family/friends/guests try to impede on it.
so im getting married in the next two years and i feel like i want my fiances cousin who is a woman to be a bridesmaid! i love her and she is always there for me and him... he has no sisters so i figured this cousin would be a good choice... agree?

She did say to use your best judgement. It's difficult to give perfect wedding advice because of that very reason. Some couples don't have the funds, some don't care for these extra things in general....everyone is different. So she gave ideas and advice but you don't have to use it....
Very organized, focused on detail and eloquent... If anything, I think she should slow down while speaking... It just feels like a stream of consciousness coming out of her mouth... Don't get me wrong, she's lovely and knows her stuff... Just a little too much and too quick...
Don't you think you should talk a little slower and include less before you get into your list. You lost me right when you started your list so I have no clue what was on it...I don't know your friend and she is probably swell, but I didn't need to know that you were not sure how long she has been married. Just saying...
I think videos Lao out this way allow for some sort of connection between the poster and viewers. It's more personal. I preferred this over a straight forward list. For that you could simply go read a point form list or article on the web....

Some people can't afford all the stuff you are mentioning like extra entertainment, candy buffet, etc.
