Pitching my Aldi tent at Shell Island

My lone three night camp at Shell island, which saw me in the pitch I really wanted, but didn't think I'd get. But first, I had ter pitch my tent. This time I was using my smallest, lightest and cheapest tent I have, excluding gifted tents. Normally I use a voice recorder with the Gopro max for better recording quality. This time I sometimes had better results from the gopro sound recording. So I've mixed the two.

Thanks Ian for sharing all that , all of what you shared struck a chord with me and i can relate especially with the health issues, family is important but so is therapy and motorcycling ie adventure riding is perfect therapy

Hi! My experience camping in north and mid Wales the ground is mostly rock few inches down

It weren't that bad as it happens, a few stones that just needed a wiggle of the peg a bit to get past. 👌
