some might wonder why i added a "depressing themes" warning. when there isnt any "obvious" or "super triggering" scenes. its not how "obvious" the warning should be, its the signs. it is implied that jake rarely eats, has extreme isolation, and his plain as day eyebags. he outgrew his hair during those few months when drew left. barely managing simple tasks like showering, or even make himself presentable out of guilt and lack of motivation

Love how Milo went and cut his hair to his old hair style but because it was so long ago Jake felt changed
And I might sound bad for saying this
But I’m glad and not glad Jake was sorta suffering there because it shows that he finally realized the pain he caused Drew. So when he realized Drew left he felt so guilty realizing his mistake and where Drew tried to run away Jake stayed beating himself up for the fact he Lost his Best friend. Of course I don’t want him to forever suffer so I’m glad Milo helped him stay strong and get back to his normal cocky self.

You made Jake’s depression seem very realistic something that I’ve Haven’t seen in this fandom.
Instead of just making him completely depressed because he lost a club. Like Drew said it wasn’t the end of the world
But losing your best friend over something that pretty much was your fault is a big deal and it made me smile and also cry to see Jake’s regret.
