    I'm sorry but these new community are bringing Las Vegas down the builders are putting to many homes on a small property witch is sad

    Be careful about buying inside a complex like that. Large private equity firms come in buy the majority of the units and rent them out. For this area, probably a lot of military personnel. which is fine in my book but they are here today gone tomorrow and have no community roots. In five years time, the complex will degrade with problem renters, fights, shooting, drunks and druggies.

      If that is something your'e concerned about I suggest buying in a HOA community that doesn't allow investors to rent it out to tenants. So all properties in community must be owner-occupied.

      @@real.estate.yessenia.higuera I purchased in an HOA that has those restrictions ages ago. I was voicing that for others. Most RE agents here in Las Vegas are "low bar" and really only concerned about their commission and not the consumer. I make it a point to point it out. In Nevada, any GED holder with twelve weeks of spare time can get their RE license. The bar is low here.
