Hey! You most definitely can- we did it. There is WiFi in a lot of restaurants and also in the main town square so you can easily order a yandex and the prices are quoted before the trip so you know you won’t be overcharged etc

It used to be Azerbaijan before Russian's settled Armenians there in 1828 and Armenians destroyed all cultural heritage that belonged to the Azerbaijani people. Every "historical" place in Armenia is freshly baked and aged by vinegar to support their claims to the territory or they have obscure claims that cannot be proven because they don't have any proof of their history whatsoever. Armenia is famous for claiming EVERYTHING in the neighbourhood. Georgia is feuding with Armenia over national costume and dance, Georgian specialities. Azerbaijan over most of its cultural heritage and territorial claims, Russia and Ukrain over territorial claims and historical falsifications. In Soviet Union Armenians were caught placing aged stones in Crimea, Ukraine to make territorial claims 🤣And there is no Armenian cuisine, it is all Georgian, Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish because Armenians were a very small minority in the Cuacsus till 1828, they were brought from Iran. They couldn't even come up with new names for things they "borrowed" that is why everyone is angry with them.
