Flu followed by chest infection is usually the irritating routine when flu hits. Luckily i have not had any illness for ten plus years thanks to manuka honey daily and Instant glucose for energy if a hint of anything might be occurring inside me. Plus exercise every day for at least an hour and lots and outs of clean water and a diet rich in antioxidants. The body will remain healthy or should.
I hope you showcase your art skills more. Your A level sketchbooks were fantastic. You. remind me of my 16 year old niece who can paint in a hyper realistic style like your pomegranate. I hope she continues with her art and not give up like so many talented people. Anyway, great channel and hope to see more
