Sir I have doubt please clear it if any independent candidate can join any party after won the election than there is antidefection law against him than how he can join any party at the time of voting for election of CM
In some cases, independent candidates who win elections can choose to join a political party after their victory. However, it depends on the specific laws and regulations of the country or region. Some places may have anti-defection laws that prevent elected representatives from switching parties. If there is an anti-defection law in place, the independent candidate would have to follow those rules and may not be able to join another party during the voting for the election of CM.
They are not joining any party but just supporting the party during confidence motion in the floor of SLA. They will not join the party or hold any ministry
