Bonsai garden in February hail storm...2017

Thats right! It hailed on February 25th 2017, here in Virginia. Because of the early warming this year, the cold frames were heating up quickly. I had just moved the evergreen trees out, because rain was predicted, when this freak hail storm hit.
The cold frames (seen in the background) still housed the deciduous trees, that were just showing some green in their buds.
Surprisingly, there was very little damage to the evergreen trees, but the cold frames plastic, did sustain a few holes.
