In this video, you'll learn how to allow WooCommerce frontend product submission using Gravity Forms and then display those products using WooCommerce Product Table.
What sorts of websites need WooCommerce frontend product submission?
The biggest use case for frontend product submission is any type of WooCommerce multi-vendor store. That is, a situation where third-party users can add products from the frontend and sell them through your Woo store.
While there are quality full-service multi-vendor plugins, sometimes you don't need all that extra functionality for commissions, vendor reports, etc. This method is a much more lightweight approach.
For example, maybe you're creating a website for a food festival and you want to let each restaurant owner add their menu items as WooCommerce products. This method would make that easy, without bogging you down with a bunch of functionality that you don't need.
Frontend product creation is great for any type of multi-vendor store. That's because most people will find it more convenient to work from the frontend. It can also come in handy for many other types of WooCommerce store.

2. If my simple product has Attributes that must be visible , how I add them?

(1) You can do this if it's possible to map Gravity Form fields to the WooCommerce product gallery data. To confirm this and for the best advice, I suggest you please contact Gravity Forms Support.
(2) Similarly to (1) above, you would need to map the Gravity Form field to the WooCommerce Product post type's global Attributes data field (which Gravity Forms documentation and/or support can help you with best.
(3) I believe styling the form should be possible. For details, again please refer to the Gravity Forms documentation and support.

hi there..... please tell me if I already use wcfm as marketplace and i planning to use the front end to vendors register products I will have to use any strategy similar that you use in this video. but, please tell me as soon the vendor login to account is it possible for the form already recognizes the specific vendor and to him show only his product? because I think according to the video the vendor can select any vendor and maybe this can be a big problem.....

Can you please explain for what reason price amount does not show immediately on shop page and how to avoid approving and publishing product manually ?
Hi, Daniel. Thanks for your interest. Product price not displaying on your shop page right away could be due to some form of caching on your website, its web server, or on the browser you're using. I suggest you clear/delete/empty all/any caching that might be active on your website whenever you apply any changes - or better yet, temporarily deactivate caching when you add/change website content. You can moderate new product submissions by setting the Post Status to "Draft", as mentioned in our tutorial at barn2.com/blog/woocommerce-frontend-product-submission/#part1 . I hope this helps. I have followed this tutorial, but the form is only creating a simple product currently. Is it possible for the form to create custom product type like variable or bookable?
