Dont use oil on the rollers. Only buy a Malossi variateur, v belt you can buy cheap, also rollers you can buy cheap.ore slyders, bud my experiance with sliders is not good, so use rollers.

27,000 KM. but this is me, others could reach double that number without any problem.

he probably did 27.000 on completely stock setup. if you change variator weights so it makes more rpm you have to change the belt alot more often
At what mileage the belt broke?
The V-belt replace indicate every 20.000 km i kept going 7000 km extra until KABOOM !
BTW: it was yamaha stock belt
I kept V belt for 35000klm and was just good(without big cracks in surfase).

Usare il Tmax senza coperchio variatore non gli fa bene perché il coperchio variatore e un supporto dell' albero motore,
