you are my hero, thank you so much for this, I've been using ibis for a couple of years and I recently bought a Huion and for a moment I thought that I would have to learn to use a different app cause the 1 hr limit, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
You can also copy all of your art files from the folder, download the old version, open up the folder and then paste all the artworks back and you should be able to open them all up with the layers and everything. Though if you have a lot of files it will take a while to load. Also your art might not be in order !!
It didn't work for me, do you have any ideas as to why? Is there a way to guarantee you're launching the old version and to check while the app is open?
When ibispaint doesn't let you edit your art on the old version and is telling you to update. Do this: save your art as PSD (preserved layers) and open the file again. You can continue with your art again:)
@@cutemagicalkittensinthesky nothing hard tbh just install the app he sent in desc and change time to next day that u are currently and if you close the app and re open it, the timer will be on hour again
8:04 easiest (personally) but for me i had to re-open ibis paint x for it to work but that's fine make sure you set the date really far back and also it can log you out of your accounts on things so please remember your passwords
mine's version 12.2.7_i did everything, i tried downloading 12.1.5 with the link but it kept on showing ERROR! when i hit reinstall. what do i do now 😭😞I have no money, I'm still a child🥺

I redownloaded the older version and did the files trick again, but when I open the ibis it doesnt let me create a new canvas or edit my old ones, It just keeps giving me the screen with all the trial options
When you're at the gallery. press on your drawing. click on the 3 dots. click on "save as PSD (preserved layers)". Open the saved file and then you can continue with your art:)
if i install this version my last drwing is gonna delete right? i follow every steps of the last video infaact i had everything "gratis" but noww not anymore so i wanna ask at u if im gonna lost all my progect if i install the last version. pls tell at me😭😭

@@Idaero_Art Help!! I already set the session file to read-only and changed the date, but then I still can't go into the canvas because I've run out of time!! (I've used up 60 mins from the "previous day") And when I check the session file again, the read-only box is unchecked 😭😭 now I'm stuck in a loop
If you did the trick after the time limit, you will stuck with it only for this day. Next day you will have 60 and see if it’s works. Or change the date if you can’t wait. And if you already changing dates before doing this, I think it will not works because ibispaint still remember which date you used

These are all so unwieldy to the art process... I feel like I'd need to have a DAMN good reason to swap to Ibis Paint to be willing to do all of this. Is it not easier to just pirate it? Lol. Being interrupted every hour is not tolerable IMO, and timers are stressful. D:
ibisPaint itself is not that good anyway compared to other actual pc programs. Only those used to mobile version are using this app. I don't think there is a pirated version for this.

i did everything but the sessions folder was already ticked to be read only :( please help-
There are 2 type of tick on the folder. Try to click it again.

If you make an ibispaint account and sync everything first it should keep your progress

So you can’t open ibisPaint at all? That’s super weird. I guess you need to use the change date method

If it’s already end, you need to wait next day (or change date if you cant wait)
