Maybe you could incorporate glass ceilings at the perfect height in the water as cat walks in the pool so you can easily walk to your tames and easily jump back up when swimming

Why don't you gives us an amount of structures to build in total in the beginning. So i can premake the structures and then follow your instructions for building?
