Thanks for all the videos Mike, so useful. I'm narrowing my choice down to these Quick Access tents. I can't work out what the loose strap under the doors is when you roll them back at the bottom. What are they for please?
The Avondale is a three zone tent but the canopy is open, where as both the Sundale & Jacksondale are enclosed. The Jacksondale is also longer than the Sundale, so for the money I’d say the Jacksondale is the better buy.
Garbage brand. Do NOT purchase their products. Got myself a Sundale 5PA, 4000mm tent, still not waterproof at all, got flooded on my first camping trip with a simple light rain, no customer service whatsoever despite my multiple efforts on getting support. Good luck to whoever reads this who will still take the bait and purchase their scam, overpriced products.
@@LisaNormandin thank you for your comment, general we find Outwell’s quality to be quite decent but I appreciate that you’ve not had the same experience. They do offer a longer warranty than other brands and you are best to contact the retailer you purchased the tent from in regard to warranty issues.
hi Lisa, did you ever get sorted with customer service? ive been looking at outwell to purchase one of their tents but ive seen a few of your comments on other videos and ive also noticed a couple of others on different online socials that the tent has leaked after a couple of years. the tents do look amazing though but im put off a bit
@@TheLiammcg The Tent is amazing, except for the flood i got inside during a light rain, their only solution was to send me a cheap sealant, and nothing more. My bad experience leads me to not recommend it, but i love the magnetic door, the space, the color, and the black bedroom that allows me to wake up at 7-8 instead of the 5am sunrise. If you want to risk it, be ready to make a seam sealant maintenance on the first year :) Also it takes me and my partner 30 minutes to setup the whole thing without rushing and the tent itself turns heads at the camping, it’s huge and cozy. I hope that helped! Have a beautiful day! ☀️
Great videos! Thanks a bunch!

Is there an extension for this. I wondered what the two little attachments are for on the second beam in. Almost like its for an extension
There is a universal awning that you can but which will allow you to extend the tent.

What’s the difference between this one and Avondale and Sundale?

None, all probably wont be waterproof anyway.
