It's like a construction worker that's not allowed to build or demolish. Im in Texas and I recorded passenger train cars with lights on at night for the past 2 nights. We don't have passenger trains in Texas. Feds own the railroad. They're using trains to move them, because law enforcement can't stop a train on federal property which is the easement of the tracks. My video footage is bad so I never uploaded it. Might try again tonight. This train is coming from south west Texas headed north east towards Lousiana. I have train tracks in front of my house, and I see train cars daily. These passenger train cars are not normally seen. They got windows for every seat and lights on.
Please borrow someone else's phone or rent a low light camera from a photography shop, if you have one nearby. Those trains are not going to stop until a new administration is installed. So they could potentially do this for the next 3 months.

One vital point that many people do not discuss and that some just don't understand, is that the laws governing "asylum" state that those seeking asylum, aka refugee status, must stop in the first country where their lives are no longer in danger or the threat is no longer high enough or viable to continue being a threat. What this means is that all of those people leaving South America should've stopped many countries ago on their path here. You just can't keep going under the loosest interpretation of the law/treaty and do what you want. All the other countries couldn't care less because they know these people will continue on north; and so they do nothing. As for your points on Unions.. by and large I agree. Unions are way too political and as we've seen lately, way too powerful as well. Yes, they do bargain for union members; but they will absolutely cut a few union members under the bus to protect or benefit the larger union. And they also charge members dues in which whoever is at the top then donates to one political party, even when many of the member's dues came from people of the opposite political affiliation. But the border patrol union saying they will quit if Kamala is elected is a protest, and not necessarily a union political action; and protesting is a protected right here in America. While I don't agree with soldiers and federal employees being political in their professional duties (what they do in their personal time is up to them), I think we have to understand where these people are coming from. Just like police who are out there doing one of the toughest jobs in our society, when every single action you take is under a microscope, and a generally negative microscope at that; and they pick you apart without missing a single opportunity... yeah, no wonder you're just like "we can just stop doing our job and you can see how you like it then". I usually agree with what you have to say. But I really have to disagree with how you are for the border agents. How would you feel if you let someone across the border, that you knew was a horrible person that did bad stuff but was ordered to do it at that person went, and Molested killed 12 year-old kid or whatever these people are doing. And you know for fact that you are the one that put your hands on that person and could have stopped it had you sent that person back but yet you were told to let them go by the higher ups. One vital point that many people do not discuss and that some just don't understand, is that the laws governing "asylum" state that those seeking asylum, aka refugee status, must stop in the first country where their lives are no longer in danger or the threat is no longer high enough or viable to continue being a threat.
What this means is that all of those people leaving South America should've stopped many countries ago on their path here. You just can't keep going under the loosest interpretation of the law/treaty and do what you want. All the other countries couldn't care less because they know these people will continue on north; and so they do nothing.
As for your points on Unions.. by and large I agree. Unions are way too political and as we've seen lately, way too powerful as well. Yes, they do bargain for union members; but they will absolutely cut a few union members under the bus to protect or benefit the larger union. And they also charge members dues in which whoever is at the top then donates to one political party, even when many of the member's dues came from people of the opposite political affiliation.
But the border patrol union saying they will quit if Kamala is elected is a protest, and not necessarily a union political action; and protesting is a protected right here in America. They aren't necessarily asking for more money or more benefits... mostly just for the Federal Government to allow them to enforce the laws that are codified (which is actually the main job of the Office of the President); who hasn't been doing his job. You say that Kamala was Vice President and so she wasn't in power; yet Biden nominated her as the Border Czar. So she had power of some form to start fixing things, and chose not to.
While I don't agree with soldiers and federal employees being political in their professional duties (what they do in their personal time is up to them), I think we have to understand where these people are coming from. Just like police who are out there doing one of the toughest jobs in our society, when every single action you take is under a microscope, and a generally negative microscope at that; and they pick you apart without missing a single opportunity... yeah, no wonder you're just like "we can just stop doing our job and you can see how you like it then". You can say "argue for change", but that's not necessarily allowed within federal employment. They can simply get rid of you for just about anything with zero recourse on your end. But I can respect someone who stands up and says "hey we fill a vital role here, doing what you're asking us to do, but it doesn't line up with the law. Sure we can just say 'they told us to', but that doesn't make it less wrong in the end".
We need a ton of mini drones for the border patrol and the boering company to set up an underground "wall" tunnel system. A tunnel system all along the border underground is unbelievable strong for defense im general. We fought it in Vietnam, why isn't our southern border set up to counter tunnels?
